I requested a CC from MVP this week, as I always do when ramping down from NBA. I received it in a timely manner, this morning. The young lady I spoke to in customer service was Maggie. She was very courteous and responsive. She gave me tracking number and also looked it up for me. Was in the fedex truck for delivery. It is at my home already. I do not have any funds in any of the others. If I have one legit complaint, it is the 4% charge on Neteller after the free monthly. But that is not a dealbreaker. The reason I did not include MVP on yesterday's race was I had already used my one free withdrawal for the cc. I am sure I mentioned it in post. It is up to SHRINK and Dalton to iron this out. I pull the frogs this time of year anyway, and I hope everything is fine when I reload for football. Best wishes...OF

The General:

I just spoke to Mike Foreman (in my office). He states that 'the only money in question is for the period of renegotiation'. Rather, while the negotiations were happening, TheRX.com ran some of our ads for some period of time. This 'run' is the only thing that MIGHT be in question.

This is the very reason Mike is attempting to get Ken (shrink) on the phone. If we have a debt, we pay the debt. If we owe anyone, we pay them. Very simple business plan. Possibly this is why we are the size we are (350 people working right now in our building).

I too will follow up on this. I insure to everyone in this forum, if there is a debt, it will be paid - NOW!

I have recieved two emails of players being slow paid in the last 3 days.

I will try to contact them and have them call the number you mentioned.

PS- Also, why are some players having their limits reduced to a mere $100 per game??

We have been in the industry since 1998. We have a VERY SOLID reputation for ON-TIME payouts to clients. I am personally proud of this fact. Why?

I am the person in charge of these payouts. I am the one who insures they go out. I am the responsible party. I am 100% sure that we are up to date, and that everyone who has requested payouts have recieved them. I am insulted that someone would make a claim that they cannot back up - specifically about my work.

If you are owed, step forward with a PIN, NAME or EMAIL. Otherwise, stop the unfounded and unethical claims.

I have always gotten paid by them. In fact just got a payment Tuesday +1.5K that I requested on monday. NO PROBLEM. I think any issues on advertising should not be related to clients.

Fishhead:

Thank you for your post.

Please do come forward with PIN, NAME or EMAIL. I will GLADLY research their issues, and post the FACTS on this forum (without names). Everyone has the right to know the facts. Let's move from CLAIMS to FACTS, and let the chips fall where they may (and, you will see that I am right).

As for the Risk Management, that is handled on the second floor (I work on the first floor). I don't have anything to do with it, but can tell you that I have been in meetings where Dalton states that 'sharp' play is not to be 'kicked out' but 'limited'. This is very similar to how TheGreek.com, BetCris.com, and Las Vegas manage risk. I don't see an issue with this. Simply sound Risk Management...

Hope this helps, and I look forward to your reply with the PIN, NAME or EMAIL info requested above.

EVERYONE will QUICKLY see that the claims above are unfounded.

I agree with Alicia. They even helped me through the process of signing up through Neteller to get my money faster.

You make it sound as if reducing SOME players to a MERE $100 is a sign of a book being in trouble. The customers that emailed you the slowpays did'nt give you an account number or at least a last name? What the fvck good is your post if you have'nt spoke directly to the ones invoved and gathered the proper info?

Fishhead & Texas:

Thank GOD there is some reason in this forum.

Thank you for your compliments. We have over 200+ RX clients. I bet not one steps forward with a bad 'payout story'. I know this, because this is what I do (payouts). Heck, if anything, we have been MORE THAN GENEROUS with prizes, bonuses, etc. - specifically tailored to the RX client.

I am lost as to the motivation on this entire thing. Ken has always been a 'friend'. This is out of left field.
