Alicia is Angela's wife? This is getting more confusing. Then if Angela did indeed leave, what were the circumstances?...OF

This thread is ridiculous! Claims - only claims!

Accounting is run by Four (4) people. I (Alicia) oversee everyting from a Corporate Standpoint, Marcela is the Accounting Manager, Billy and Al are Supervisors (there are five other employees in accounting at various times). Angie was a supervisor that left when she was NOT promoted to Manager. She was NEVER a Manager of anything.

As for payouts...you have got to be kidding. We are 100% up to date on all payouts. If anyone has been slow paid, I request their NAME, PIN or EMAIL address. The fact is you will not be able to provide this, because THERE HAVE BEEN NO SLOW PAYS. NONE!

Advertising payments. This is the time of year where we will buy $7,000,000+ in advertising. Advertisers are jockying for the money. We make very difficult decisions this time of year - where to spend our money for the biggest bang. Some people will not be happy that we pick to spend our money elsewhere.

I believe this article and post are in retaliation for our not renewing with theprescription.com. Actually, Mike Foreman has been negotiating the renewal as late as yesterday (I think). But, this will surely have Dalton re-thinking the negotiation.

Anyway, get the facts straight. If someone has a legitimate complaint, make it with some back up (proof). Otherwise, stop the 'bs' claims. If you think we are insolvent, make a withdraw and see. Since I control payouts, I can guarantee you will be paid ALMOST INSTANTLY.

Shrink/Posters,

The comment that there are three people currently being slow-paid by our company is simply not true.

I beg of you to please let me know who the 3 customers are that are being slow paid. I am sure these people don't exist as I have just checked w/ accounting & have been assured that there is no one that has had a pending payout over 24 hours.

I want to get to the bottom of this immediately.

If any V-Wager or VO Group customers have a slow pay claim, PLEASE step forward so we can clear the air.

Kind regards,

Mike Foreman

Bottom line is that a lot of these books may be having issues. However, if they have fortitude, and can get through this 8 week stretch without going under, they will probably make it with football around the corner.

We do NOT owe the Shrink anything. We had agreed with Marty (new owner of therx.com) to renew the contract, then re-thought it, and did NOT renew.

Mike Foreman, however, has been talking to the Shrink about renewing again (in last two days). My understanding is that they were VERY CLOSE to an agreement. But, after this retaliation, I don't know if Dalton will let him do it.

If you feel we owe you money, please call Mike Foreman and explain why. If you are owed - you will be paid.

We have always had a good relationship with you, Ken. Dalton used to talk about all the times you guys went to the Colonial and played craps. He is one of the few sportsbook owners that actually says 'positive' things about TheRX.com

We are simply amazed at the length you have gone to close this advertising deal. Perhaps ThePresription.com, or Ken, is the one in crisis. This is truly unbelievable.

i know, i know, the mods are going to say he cant win either way. i feel he is in it for the money, like we all are. but quit bullshitting us around. i am still fuming about panam

I am fuming about panam also. Doesn't give any warning about panam, instead exalts them, and now this false accusation.

Ken (Shrink):

Mike Foreman is attempting to call you, email you, etc. to get this straightened out (figure out what the ISSUE is). Your phone is not picking up and we have not recieved a response to our emails.

If you can, call 1-888-771-9080 and ask for Mike Foreman immediately.

This is utterly ridiculous. How can you do this to a company that has supported TheRX.com for over 4 years. Actually, I think it is 5+?

Mike told me moments ago that there is no doubt they owe The Rx money. As for players, I have heard some rumors, but only rumors at this time. Those rumors did come from a reliable source, but no one has contacted me personally. Again, I wish everyone the very best and hope this is all worked out professionaly.

this is something that was talked about earlier in the post but i always wanted to know the answer as this is the way that makes more sense to me

using game 2 as an example in the nba finals

lakers open -8.5 (-110)

money starts pouring in on the pistons and the line goes to 8:

question: why dont the books just move juice and not the numbers in almost every situation.

my way would have lakers -8.5 (+110), pistons +8.5 (-130).

of course money kept coming in on the pistons and now the line is lakers -7.5 (-110).

my way would have lakers -8.5 (+130), pistons +8.5 (-150)

the only thing that comes to mind is a sportsbook realize players dont like to lay heavy juice and by holding the number at 8.5 it would reduce there overall handle. it would also offer opportunities for the "scalpers" who were able to get down large on the pistons +8.5 (-110).

in my estimation tho a BM who knows what he is doing can adjust the juice instead of the number a majority of the time and stop gambling so to speak with customer deposits.

please dont critique the actual numbers used or whether i had the line moves correct. this is just a general question that came to my mind and i threw in some numbers to make it work.

the basic question is: why do books move numbers and not juice to avoid being middled.

thx and have a great day
