Some things I need to address

Some have already made it clear that they don't care what's wrong with him.

I don't feel it's my place to reveal anything about his personal life to anyone, but it's to the point I think he wouldn't mind.

While he was in vacation out of the country, he had a heart attack.

When he returned to the states, the doctors said he also suffered a stroke.

He created this thread the first couple days he was in the hospital.

He was a scheduled for release.

But just after that, he had another stroke while in the hospital.

It was then that the doctors made his family take his electronic devices away.

So now hoping for a release soon.

I feel for you guys who are owed.

But going by this Hache post it appears that BAS may be, or may have been, near death. Heart attacks are serious. Strokes are more serious.

Get well BAS. My prayers are with you.

And I hope and expect you guys to get paid, too. I play in those contests. I understand your anguish.

I have a feeling that this may be a lot more serious for BAS than many believe. I don't have a dog in this fight but I believe the money is good.

If anyone is really concerned, discount and sell your wager to someone who knows BAS and knows that they will eventually get paid.

You may not have any takers but at this point there are very few options other than to ride it out. You are going to get paid, it's just a matter of when

No one needs to apologize unless You're calling him a stiff or not believing he's been hampered by medical issues. And no one should be doing that. But BAS has to take ownership of not getting out front with these posters . The medical problems are recent. the contest ended around the start of the year.. Just pay it out when contest is over , instead of not even addressing it until you can't address it

Lol because had to answer about those allegations to site owners and people above him. He doesn’t have to answer to them about this. He has to answer to a bunch of degens. I guess nobody takes anybody for their word nowadays. Even if he doesn’t have the money to pay it off yet....there’s no reason to believe he won’t ever pay. If he doesn’t you can look at it like that old RX rule where if a person doesnt get paid...you can have them banned. Hache will have no choice if they all want him banned. Would be a pretty ironic situation. But I think he will pay. Football ended when? 2 weeks ago. If it’s over 2-3 months with no update or nothing has changed then I would be worried.

$35k is not chump change to anyone. Guys like Bill Gates or Lebron James have infinite money but they understand that $35k is a lot of money.

The only thing we know is that BAS is a stand up guy and whether it is easy to come up with or he is scrambling to gather money, he is going to do all he can to make it right. Not like lots of other people that realize it is easy to just dig out and keep all the $.

However, everyone calling him out like this and dragging his name through the mud probably doesn't make him try to get the money any sooner. In fact it is probably doing the opposite.

This makes a lot of sense to me. I'm not owed anything. I've also never had a heart attack or a stroke. I do know that when I owe someone some money is stresses me out to no end. I"m not even talking about owing them past the due date. That stresses me out a lot more than "having a phone" or "having a computer"

If I were conscious, and I had to money to pay these folks electronically you can bet your ass I'd be firing off some paypals. It does not take a lot of energy or effort to do this. If I didn't have the energy to even do that then I'd find someone who could handle my shit for me. I'd feel a lot less stressed knowing my shit was getting handled the right way.

I've never met BAS, but from my experience he's always been a stand up guy. That said, there are lots of guys in forumville or just in general that I thought were stand up guys until they all of a sudden weren't. It happens.
