Its obvious to me that skybook pays a lot of money to you guys so yeah naturally you are going to defend them...

im just wanting them to

A) Either change their policy or

B) MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THEY WONT PAYOUT A CENT UNTIL YOU ROLL OVER YOUR BALANCE!!

THATS IT!! IT IS WRONG FOR THEM TO OFFER THAT BONUS AND THEN USE IT AS A TOOL TO KEEP PLAYERS FROM GETTING THEIR MONEY!!

what does scalped over mean?

They are saying bet both sides of the same game to get action for rollover, usually done at two different books, but it might even be acceptable to do both at Sky, and lose some vig.

Sky would have probably been OK with it, and it would only take one day.

Do you still recall what you wrote us shortly after we explained that the request for withdrawal could not be processed until the rollover was satisfied?

Tammy-Customer Care Supervisor: Mr. xxx, I cannot process a payout until you complete the rollover requirements.

i just wanted to add my two cents here.. FWIW Sweetlou kinda does have a beef.. after i thought about it, i would of done the same thing.. Seems really SHADY to me, that they would keep 1800 dollars of some guys money all over a 64 dollar bonus, doesnt really seem like a bonus to me... seems like a way for them to keep you from getting paid and yeah i think that he also has a point about mike sharing client information & correspondence with everyone else... what else do they give out about their clients??? and to who??? Seems unprofessional to me..

Just my two cents...

But you said yes ("I take the bonus") which was only $64. If you knew from the begining it was going to be a bet/get money back wager why you accepted?. It's clear to me, the bonus policies can't never be forfeited or granted.

The rule is a little non-standard many books let you decline the bonus later( like Wagerweb), but Sky didn't just make this rule, it's been there all along.

Why did Lou select Skybook anyway ? For someone wanting in an out quickly there are plenty of places.

Skybook is as solid paying as any book out there, Lou just doesn't have a case, and the RX is probably not the best place to bring this.

Try Bill Dozer at SBR if you want Lou, but the facts don't support your case.

i knew coming in here that since SKYBOOK gives this place so much money and is bed with skybook... that i would be fighting a losing battle... I just think its wrong that they scam you into taking that bonus, and then use it as a tool to keep you from getting paid... i DID NOT KNOW THAT BY ACCEPTING THAT BONUS THAT THEY WOULD KEEP MY MONEY!! LIKE I SAID BEFORE IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHER BOOK!!

I don't recall off the top of my head but I have encountered this once or twice before. Even worse some books won't let you withdraw for 30 days or more, but the bonus is usually much higher.

HERES THE RULES FROM WAGERWEB.. LOOKS LIKE THEY DONT SCAM PEOPLE, THEY PAY YOU AND JUST DEDUCT THE ORIGINAL BONUS

Restrictions
Deposit + 15% bonus must be played 5 x's before bonus can be withdrawn in sportsbook and racebook or 10 x's in casino.
Deposit + 10% bonus must be played 5 x's before bonus can be withdrawn
If a withdrawal is made before rollover requirements are met, bonus and any money earned by wagering the bonus will be forfeited

And as far as the betting both sides... i figured that when i asked for a payout they would have used that as an excuse not to pay me also...
