You knew no withdrawals would be processed until you satisfied the rollover requirements. You admitted this was told to you, but somehow
assumed it meant something else. "No withdrawals will be processed" means you cannot request payouts until the full rollover requirement is satisfied.

Once you were told no payouts could be processed until you satisfied the full rollover requirements you continued to wager and now, because you lost, cry foul.
Your consistant harrassment, humilliation and insulting of our Customer Care staff is entirely unacceptable. Your are no longer welcome to wager here.
