SIRBET -- very SERIOUS question for you about your INTEGRITY and not returning phone calls concerning PAYOUT requests

Mistakes happen with every book. If they are honest mistakes, if they are quickly corrected, and if steps are taken to ensure this is not a continuous occurence, that is all you can ask for.

By the way, what is the "Stiff Situation" that you asked me about early in the thread ??

Gamblers have an interest in learning about situations such as these. Please indicate whether or not you believe that gamblers have an interest in learning about situations in which sportsbooks enter plays incorrectly into players' accounts and refuse to process payout requests.

The player contacted the book in order to receive a payout, and was then told that his call would be returned. The call was not returned.

This also confirms your failure to provide the name of a single LEGIT shop that has committed errors of the same magnitude that Sirbet has in this instance.

Please refrain from using derrogatory language towards me in the future. I assure you that it will serve no useful purpose at all.

Hamm - Sirbets is a very good company.

But the software screw-ups you described are NOT acceptable. Something must be wrong with their system or they have a really screw-up clerk. They are in the same building as VIP so they might be using IGW software.

I agree with you if you make a bet via phone and then check it on the web and it's different I and MANY others would not feel comfortable in placing bets over the phone.

Suggestion: Avoid the phone and only place them online and STILL double check them.

Ignore Bluevein Throbber as he seems to be a Dip Switch. Just look at the NAME he choose. He must use one of those Austin Power enlarging gadgets.

You know, I know and everyone else in this forum knows that you would not be defending this sportsbook if they were not an advertiser here.

My reasoning that this is not a legit shop is because I am aware of no other LEGIT shop that has made errors of this magnitude. I have invited various people in this thread to indicate the name of a single such shop, but not one has come forward. It is for this reason in particular that I argue in favor of the propostion that Sirbet is not a legit shop. The offer remains open to name a shop that has made similar errors. I have even offered to allow confidential emails with this information.

I am frankly losing respect for you by the second as you continue to defend a sportsbook merely because they advertise with you. Where does your own conscience fit into this equation?

I do not find the errors acceptable on any level, and I do not think that the explanation provided above is sufficient. Any sensible person would demand more information than that which was provided above by Corby. I have emailed him per his request and will provide his response in this thread when and if it comes.

Those are all errors, and at no time has their been a dispute regarding whether or not legit shops do committ errors. None of those errors approaches the magnitude of this error committed by Sirbet. Hali, my spelling is ok, not great and I appreciate the correction. thanks
