SirBet extended its apologies for the mistake at hand directly to the customer, which understood at the time we were testing a new software interface. As much as we try every day, we simply cannot perform mistake free 365 days a year. SirBet prides itself on prompt payouts without fail and will at anytime payout a customer’s entire balance if requested (including now). However, we are unaware of any outstanding payout requests that have not been processed. SirBet will continue to make all strides forward to make all experiences at our sites enjoyable.
