What a complete meltdown in the 4th quarter. I don't think I have seen James play that bad in a long time. The "Chosen" one chose the wrong day to implode on me.
No worries, just going to keep grinding away here and continue to put out what I feel is a solid basketball product right now.
March is fast approaching and I have always maintained February is the month to sharpen your opinion for what everyone calls March madness.
I continue to sharpen my opinion with the Chicago Bulls tonight.
5 DIME - CHICAGO BULLS
This team is red hot.
Winners of 4 in a row and 6 of their last 7 SU and ATS with solid road wins over the T'wolves by 6 laying this same 2 number they are laying today, a 6 point win over the Knicks catching 2 and an 8 point win over the Pacers catching 2 as well.
I just like the way they are playing right now and I will gladly grab them at this great value price of laying 2 again.
Wizards after the house cleaning trade are still getting to know one another with so many new faces and yes, they come off a 5 point loss at Toronto catching 5 1/2.$
They are in the midst of 5 straight covers but they face a Bulls team that is just better.
Some very appealing numbers have me loving the Bulls as they are 8-2 ATS last 10 on the road and 20-8 ATS last 28 overall. They are flat out paying the bills.
You throw in the Wizards 13-29 mark last 42 versus teams with a winning SU record and it's all Bulls tonight.

The Chicago Bulls have been displaying inconsistency problems all season, however one thing is certain: they are not a good basketball team, especially on the road, against sub-par teams. They face off in Washington tonight as slight favorites against a Wizards squad who is trying to adapt to the absence of two of their best players (Jamison and Butler), The Wizards are now a young team in rebuilding mode and a lot of guys are trying to secure quality playing time for next year. Randy Foye is one of my favorite players in this league and highly underrated. He will definitely prove his worth to Washington throughout the remainder of the season. With that being said, look for Washington to implement a risky, "nothing-to-lose" style of play. Both teams should reach over 100 points tonight. Look for Rose and Foye to have really good games. Take the over.

Uconn +2.5 over West Virginia
This game in particular can be broken down into two areas: desperation and home-court advantage. When you have a good team that has been forgotten about all year and battled through a lot of diversity from the coaching staff down to the players, at home, as underdogs against the 7th ranked team in the nation, after beating a #1 Texas team and beating Villanova in their own house, and still receiving no respect, it is a must bet. Although the public might be on our side tonight, I can not see players like Dyson or Walker letting a team come into their house and win. UCONN will absolutely get a bid to the NCAA tournament with a win tonight. Butler will definitely pose as a threat offensively, but UCONN should execute an inspired game tonight and come away with the victory at home, in a very loud stadium and pumped out teammates. It is the best game on the board tonight. Take UCONN.

The Jazz return to Salt Lake City tonight where they are very dangerous and even more so as they are the hottest team in the NBA. Utah came back from a 25 point deficit to defeat the Blazers in the Rose Garden 93-89 last night. Returning to Salt Lake City will keep the Jazz in their groove as they are 10-1 SU in their last 11 at home. The Hawks head into Utah with a history of trouble as they have dropped 15 straight road games against the Jazz. Atlanta are in a little funk as they have dropped 3 of their last 4 games. The earlier matchup between these two teams this season resulted in a 96-83 home victory for Atlanta. They held Deron Williams to 1 of 8 shooting and he apologized to fans after the game, admitting he played like crap. Payback will be on the minds of the Jazz tonight and we see them getting it in a big way.
West Virginia @ UCONN
*Take West Virginia -3
Connecticut are just too inconsistent. One game they show up, the next they don't. Regardless of which Connecticut team shows up we know this West Virginia team will come ready to play. The Mountaineers have not looked flat all season as coach Bob Huggins truly gets the most out of his team. We expect West Virginia's powerful offense to give trouble to the Huskies who have had their problems with scoring the ball. They have shot under 38 percent in two of their last four - that's just atrocious. Sure the Huskies have put together 2 straight wins but we don't think all their problems are solved. Not to mention West Virginia are coming off of two straight wins too. Take the Mountaineers as they are the more structured team.

The Wizards really are a different team and the best part about it is their enthusiasm and completely new attitude. Since making those big deals they’ve played twice, beating Denver at home and subsequently traveling the next day to Toronto and giving the Raps a huge scare. In fact, the Wiz should’ve won that game and were in great position to do so. Those were two quality teams and the Wiz didn’t look a bit out of a place. They’ve become very active on the boards, they’re deeper, they have more shooters and when Flip Saunders has the personnel to succeed, he has a proven track record to do just that. So, forget about the Wizards record, that was then and this is now and again, this is a brand new team with quality players and a very positive outlook. The Bulls are overvalued because of four straight wins in which they shot lights out and scored 118, 115, 100 and 122 respectively over that four-game span. However, they played the Knicks twice, the T-Wolves and the 76ers and those are four of the weakest defensive teams in the Association. That’s not to say the Bulls aren’t playing well because they are and have been for the better part of the past five weeks. Thing is, its stock is soaring right now and that has created some great value on the home side and instead of trying to handicap games, it’s better to look for value, play it and let the chips fall where they may. The Wizards are going to be a very tough out at home the rest of the year and absolutely have a great chance to pull off the upset here. Play: Washington +1.20 (Risking 2 units).

Speaking of stocks that are soaring off the charts and one need not look further than these Jazz. Utah is on fire with an incredible 16 wins in its last 18 games and they capped it off by winning every one of its just completed four-game road trip. However, this is a great situation for the Hawks despite its difficulty at this venue. Not only has Utah won four in a row but they return home after that four-game trip and they return home after overcoming a 25-point deficit in Portland last night in a game that went into OT. Furthermore, the Jazz will play its third game in four nights and its fifth game since last Tuesday. That’s about as difficult a situation as you will find all year and it’s not like the Hawks can’t play. Atlanta is in a bit of a funk but every team goes through it over the course of an 82-game schedule. They couldn’t have handpicked a better time to play the Jazz and this Hawks team is without question one of the league’s elite teams. Percentage wise, they have a better record than the Jazz and catch Utah in an extremely vulnerable spot. This is a great opportunity for them to get right-sided and after losing 15 straight in Utah they can also get that proverbial monkey off its back. In terms of situational plays it does not get better than this. Play: Atlanta +5 (Risking 1.07 units to win 1). Play: Atlanta +1.80 (Risking 1 unit).
