Rio has been ny favorite out until Pinny knocked them down to 2. All the customer service people are great and once in a while may make a miskake.

and any bonus anyone gets is just that a Bonus, this clown is crying about 47 lousy dollars, and as the day has went on its become quite obvious he is just here to cause a scene
...You all may remember last year Rio had a very very good case against one particular poster who completely exploited their bonus policy...Rio still ended up paying him in full...we ALL know any book who gives away the store can go down in flames, and bonus whore posters should be dealt with accordingly, afterall they are causing trouble for all the regular players....
RIO has also become perhaps the most forum generous book at this site , with their daily playoff contests where we have seen many posters win and some win big...I`m sure if RIO felt they did the slightest thing wrong to this guy they would make good on his lousy 47 bucks...
He as played it cool, first claiming as if its no big deal, then the more this topic was debated he is indeed a regular and probably just a ghost causing an unnecessary scene , all over a lousy 47 lol..
