RIO - Please give me an explaination

Dissapointed in you- I've been visting RX for years and love the service. However, the one thing you said "generous" captures it all. It's all about the money and your kickbacks. Funny how Covers.com is supportive of real claims against books regardless of how "generous" they are. The hell with giving RIO a day to get back to me- do they take a day collecting my money when I send it?? I just want to see them come clean and admit their miss with the bonus system. So let me guess- if this was from a book that wasn't so generous to you- my post would be ok. You're making the RX seem so bogus- spend money advertising and get Shrink money and I'll make sure nothing negative is said about the book- a bunch of crap- I don't care how much they spend here- BE HONEST AND UPFRONT WITH THE CONSUMER-

You seem cool but NO I DON't agree with Shrink- Nothing bad should be said because they are generous??? What kind of crap is that? I read virtually every post in this forum for 4 years. This site rocks but why so protective of RIO in this spot- Afterall- IM NOT BASHING THEM AS A BOOK. But don't give me the GM is out to lunch bullcrap. rem. how you act in a disagreement has alot to do with the results.

Iam sure if you explained how much the 47 meant to you that they would have hooked you up.

I don't want the $47, I WANT THE TRUTH- but I guess RIO and the posters here can't handle the truth. I get the point here- everyone get together and stick up for the advertisers- Ok at least I see how things work. Covers seems to be a little better at getting unbiased information about these books. Let's all protect the advertisers so the consumer gets screwed once again. I lost about 7,500 few years back to that scum bag Dennis Humphrey and his book in the Dominican Republic. Vowed I would do my best to protect people from losing more

How the hell do I know who you are- you could work for RIO or RX for all I know- any jerk can sign up and get an account here- You all have agendas- so I'll post the results when its resolved- Yes first thing you got correct tonight- I don't want or need the 47. Im an investment banker in NY and gamble as a true love and hobby- thought this would be a cool place to hang with some gambling buds- and make sure the books remain honest- RIO is wrong here so u can argue all u want

That is fact #1

Fact #2 is that RIO has had a reputation for arguably the best customer service in the industry since their inception.

In my humble opinion this is not an admission,
but rather it just so happens the $47 is related
to his real issue, namely that he was mislead to
believe he would recieve something, i.e. as he
says it is about the "truth". He said he could
care less about the 47.

I cant believe some of you are giving this guy grief. Theres no doubt that Rio is the most generous book on the forums, but Rio is at fault here. What if they stopped giving everyone free half point on nba sides butleft it on totals only and didn't inform anyone or post it on their website. Would you be pissed when your bet gets graded as a loss instead of a push?

Rio pay this guy his 50 bonus and post ALL your terms on the website. Dont piss off your customers who keep you in business.

From my reading on this site for a long time,
i would concur with that. But IF a book starts
to mislead in a small way, then they drop from
an A to an A-. Just my opinion.

Ok so it's fair that they have a bullcrap bonus policy- you're all right, my bad. RIO is the best book in the world they blow away Pinnacle, WWTS, WSEX, BoDog, CRIS- they are tops, the best, who's better then RIO? They advertise here and we need to protect them. Let's team up on the person who complains so that others can fall into the same trap- this is fun. GO RIO- you guys ROCK. RIO is the top offshore book in the world. They are number 1 on my list, a 10 star book, A rating, great customer service, great bonus policy, and Bill Clinton never had oral sex with Monica, and I predict OJ finds the real Killer in the next year. Oh yeah- there are weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq-
