Don't forget P Thomas had over 100 yards receiving. Not too bad for an undrafted rookie.
Loved when Barry played but he had many negative yards plays when he couldn't find a hole or bounce back the other way then he would get a big run from nowhere to more than makeup for the negative plays. Bush can still hit the hole with his size and at least pickup a few yards where Sanders couldn't. Let's see this play out to determine if he could ever measure up to Sanders. To me, Bo Jackson COULD'VE been better than any RB in the NFL ever but we see what happened there.
NO MATTER WHERE HE GOES barring injury.
Thats the big if with bush. He will not be able handle the pounding of the NFL. Sure he will lead the league in punt return yards and Kickoff returns yards. But he will be nothing more than a 3rd down back in the NFL.
I would much rather have someone like a Maroney who can carry the ball 30 times a game.
Do not laugh at this but Reggie Bush reminds me of Kevin Faulk. Kevin Faulk was the most legendary high school football player in the history of Louisiana when LSU signed him. Went to the Patroits and has become a nice player but certainly not a great player.<!-- / message -->
He reminds me somewhat of Barry Sanders only faster, but his thighs are not as big but his cutting ability is similiar.
:missingteReggie Bush remind me of LT, except is faster and has better hands, both 619 boys. Whorboy has zero concept of what football is about
:nohead:I will tell you my opinion of Bush. I bet him at -130 to be the first player taken in the NFL draft. Any team that passes on him will live to regret it. He's the best I have seen since Gale Sayers and quite a bit stronger.
