I have already messed up! For breakfast today I only had a peach. Then for lunch I thought I was being good and got fish, but I am am an idiot, it was fried! Have had 2 small cups of water also. Dropped my car off this morning at about 10:30 to get brakes done and walked home (about 2 miles away, and ran part of it, probably 1/2 mile)

where the hell did I say anything about clear urine equals dehydration. That's crazy talk.

Yes, clearer is better. I can tell right away when I haven't been drinking enough water. My urine gets that dark yellow/almost orange tint. Consuming alcohol is one of the most dehydrating things you can do. I've gotten a lot better about drinking water before and after I drink alcohol. It helps a lot.

One other thing I'd like to add to all of this. Taking a Lemon and juicing it every morning, then putting the juice in a glass of room temperature water and drinking it really helps the digestive system. Stimulating the digestive system is another angle to the weight loss issue, as well as overall well being. Some might scoff at this, but give it a try. There's tons of info on the net about it.

Working out is not easy.....You either have it or you don`t.......No in between.

No excuses......Gyms are now open 24 hours a day......And you can join a gym for as low as $9.99 a month..(Planet Fitness)

I belong to a Retro Fitness...$19.99 a month the place is beautiful......Pearl River,New York.

I workout 5 days a week....2 Hours each day....1 Hour weights.....1 hour cardio.

It`s all about Consistency and Dedication.

For starters.....Put down the......Chips,Ice Cream,Kit Kats,Crumb Cake,Oreo Cookies and Krispy Kreme Donuts.

if u wanna lose your gut u just cut sugar and carbs. don't need to do anything else at all. go under 60 carbs a day. you'd be amazed how many you eat normally without checking

Man this is difficult already! Ran about 1/2 mile this morning and walked another 2. I had a banana for breakfast. I just ate lunch, had a salad with grilled chicken and I must admit a few french fries (w/ vinegar, not ketchup)....that was about 45 minutes ago and I am absolutely STARVING...stomach rumbling! Eating a peach right now to try to take the edge off.

I just ate lunch, had a salad with grilled chicken and I must admit a few french fries (w/ vinegar, not ketchup)....that was about 45 minutes ago and I am absolutely STARVING...stomach rumbling! Eating a peach right now to try to take the edge off.

Make sure to buy some good granola bars... oatmeal is great to make you feel full.

One of the biggest slip ups people make is overeating after they workout.

I've found, for me, eating Grape Nuts cereal (actually the cheaper store brand versions) with skim milk sustains my hunger for hours. Don't know about this being low carb for it does have 7g sugar but at least 5g fiber per serving.

Just ran to the store and bought a POWER BAR PROTEIN SHAKE...says 30g protein, with 2g sugar....bad or good?

I should clarify, I DROVE to the store, did not me to imply I RAN there with my feet.

haha, going for my daily run myself... been not doing it daily cause of my hand but need to start and will sprint for 100 m and so then walk, jog, sprint

do the atkins diet with full discipline and you'll drop 15 pounds in the opening 21 days of eating less than 20g of carbs. after that you're allowed 40g and can eat things like fruits and dairy. after 3 week of that all have a grasp on what eating healthy actually means will never go back to things like fruit punch or pop tarts and stuff of that nature. its amazing they are basically selling poison to you.
