huh? that is silly! we exchange ideas, thoughts and opinions on sports wagering here, should no one ever lose a bet again?

don't take it like that... Tom is a pretty physically fit guy ... or at least when I met him a few years ago.
Also believe he's a Runner, if I remember correctly

another guy who is also Physically fit and a marathon runner is Coach CB

For breakfast I did have a "bar" and for lunch I am having grilled chicken with avocado and tomato and spinach (comes with bacon, I may cheat a bit there) on panini (guess still bread, but Rome was not built in day) I also ran about 1/2 mile this AM and walked another 1.5 again. Baby steps!

You need to get rid of that Bread Slapping-silly90))

at least for the first week or so...

then you can go Low carb, Whole wheat, Multi grain type of Breads ....

But you need to get that crap out of your system !

Very informative thread. Really. Some of the advice here are basic and obvious. I can do them all. Problem is, how long I can be consistent.

As for me. The exercise is the hard part too. I can diet and not eat rice, chips, soda, bread and all those junks. But I can't seem to force myself to exercise.

eh
90% of losing weight is diet
unless you're still in your 20s, exercise is less of a factor. exercise certainly helps but the hardest part is really the dieting.

Bingo! This is the thing that most people fail or refuse to acknowledge but are the first to complain they are not seeing results. Ask any legitimate fitness person & they will all agree on one thing if it is the only thing they can & that is the saying that "abs are made in the kitchen!".
