Looks like the black kid jogging and the white guys are waiting for him in the road. Looks like the younger white guy has his shotgun and is waiting out in the middle of the road for the jogger to pass in order to confront him. When the jogger sees this, it looks like he tries to go around the pick-up on the curb side in the grass, but the shotgun guy goes in front of his truck to confront the jogger and that's when the first shot is heard.

Not a lot of elapsed time or factual grounds for shotgun guy to make any kind of self defense argument.

This is a life sentence for shotgun guy, and the old guy in the back will get charged with murder, but plea to a few years.

The only thing I disagree with is his assessment this case being exactly like the Zim/Martin case. Zim didn’t approach Martin with a gun out and Martin didn’t know he had a gun. That’s all though.
