You see - this tells me they really have nothing on these two guys - now they are going to try to force this guy to testify against the other two - problem is he has already told his story 10x and is going to have to tell a new story to help the prosecution

Lmao. He already snitched on them to get out of it. Now they probably found out that he lied about something and broke a promise...like his whereabouts... and is now charged and arrested. Don’t you watch the first 48?

This is what I said 15 days ago.

Absolutely. You, stock, mango, soli, slapshot, Wilbur all have been on the money about this case for the most part from what I’ve seen. Great job guys.

This tells me that The Man who took the video has also been charged with felony murder. The problem is the McMichaels have probably told on his azz.

If I had to guess, I bet they told on each other. And by that I mean all three were probably using their cell phones to talk to each other during the four minutes they all pursued Arbery. As soon as the cops got the cell records, texts, etc., these three were toast.

Just a guess.

Last time I checked the police don't charge anyone with a crime - they arrest and issue a report - the prosecutor's office reads the report and decides what to charge the arrestee with, if anything - but that's just my understanding as an attorney - maybe u know something I dont because you stayed at a Holiday Inn last night and watched the First 48 while you were there - I dunno?

Mob defends every black killed but not a word about white people victimized by blacks which happens every minute of every day. Virtually every case mob cites when all of the facts come out it always turns out the killing was justified. Mob thinks it's ok to tell a police officer to fuck off and not provide id when a police officer is investigating a crime and then wonders why violent incidents end up happening. Great advice mob. Even if you get arrested for something you maintain you didn't do, you get your chance in court.

The police charge people with crimes every day. Speeding? It’s the cop that gives you the ticket. Drunk and disorderly? A cop arrests you and files the charge. And cops file felonies, too, by filing a criminal complaint, swearing it’s true, and filing with the court, even murder.

A criminal defendant has a right to an evidentiary hearing to establish probable cause within a short period of time, but it is still the cop filing the charge.

Not surprising...

It really is ripping these klan member's hearts out here that these deputy doo little wanna be neighborhood vigilanties are going down for killing this unarmed black man...

They should have just minded their own business and they would be out fishing and chewing tobacco today.

Who is defending the shooter?

The State can file whatever charges they want. All of the experts here have already tried and convicted all three men without hearing all of the evidence. I cant see anything more than manslaughter with a reasonably short sentence. No way does murder stick. That is worse case scenario. However, I am one that likes to wait for all of the facts to come out.

So you predict the procedural outcome and the sentence, but conclude with “I wait for all the facts to come out.”

Ooooooookay.

I'm not defending him but what would u imagine occurs if Aubery is able to pry that gun out of his hands - but like previously said - I don't chase em - nothing good comes from putting urself around the creeps of society

I ask are you defending the shooters?

Simple yes or no.

You can't fairly ask that question - because at the very last moment when Aubery goes for his gun - he's shoots Aubery or he is shot himself - so he has to shoot him at that point - of course if he never had gotten out of the car he doesn't have to worry about being shot or spending life in jail

If Arbery pries the shotgun away from Junior, I’m guessing Senior empties his .357 into Arbery and Arbery is just as dead as he is today.

If the prosecutors in this case would explain what felony the three committed you would have a better clue as to how it plays out - they're specifically charged with NOT intending to murder Aubery - I know it's not a crime to follow a suspect - and from the video you never see anyone pointing a gun at Aubery (not saying that didn't happen) - the logical conclusion is that is they chased him at gun point (and that's the felony) - which they will deny - the tape is lacking - hence, you charge the driver filming with felony murder and make him testify that these two chased him at gun point because Aubery ain't testifying anytime soon
