No he didn't. I really don't care that he was in that house other than it shows a reason the father and son went after him that day.

That’s not a reason.

Liar! You have directly argued in this thread that “I have showed you the court cases where it could be admissible.” You have twice posted (the comments to) Rule 609 (but probably not Georgia’s version of 609) in an attempt to show this evidence could be admissible. What else could you have been arguing?

And me thinking he was jogging is my opinion. His mom said he was out jogging. He was dressed for jogging. He was known to jog in that neighborhood. He is a thin guy who is obviously in good shape. HE IS ON VIDEO JOGGING ON THAT DAY. I think my opinion is reasonable.

Hiw about you admit you posting Rule 609 is comical? Because it is.

Dipshitzit is a perpetual liar. Guy can’t get out of his own way

Mob doesnt understand. You have no right to be confrontational with the police when they are lawfully detaining you. He was being questioned for stealing a tv.

He was getting arrested no matter what - he just got cuffed extra quick when his mouth got a little too verbose - he also probably got the ole rough ride (ala Freddy Gray) on his way to the monkey bars - but he's too fucken dumb to just keep his mouth shut

The reality is this guy's life had two possible futures - a revolving life in and out of jails or prison (no Mobby, he didn't have life by the balls) or death - the same exact life his brother has - parents did a wonderful job

There’s a problem with that.

To legally detain someone you have to do what? You call yourself a lawyer. If you legally detain someone....what does that mean? What does that mean for the person you are detaining?

What law did he break? What is the penal code for being off work and standing next to your car in a “drug area.”

What is the penal code?

It is not illegal to drive through a “drug area.” It is not illegal to sit in a “drug area.” It is not illegal to stand in a “drug area.”

You get where I’m coming from yet?

If you want to carry on we can. It’s not going to be a good look for this suppose to be lawyer though when Mob Cochran finishes. Let me know if you want to carry on and I will explain to you more how they harassed them and then ended up letting him go AFTER trying to tase the man for simply standing in a “drug area.” Let me know. If he was so guilty and and legally detained...WHY WOULD THEY TRY TO TASE HIM(malfunctioned) AND THEN LET HIM GO MINUTES LATER!?!?!?!?

To be honest with you Mr.Lawyer....The young man didn’t even have to IDENTITY to the Blue Isis. He didn’t even have to IDENTIFY. He doesn’t even have to tell them HIS NAME!!!!!!

Lmfaoooooo. Try me. Pleaseeeeeee try me police man. I beg you make my fucking day. I love knowing my rights.

If you have broken the law, in the process of committing a crime, OR in a commission of a crime is the only way you can be detained and identified. Period.

Now....explain to me what crime he committed that had a cop approach him....get butt hurt...call for backup...have his partner attempt to taser him(failed) AND THEN fucking let him go!?!?

What crime was that?

For trying to steal a fucking tv from Walmart. In the other video, the police asked him what he is doing. Instead of cooperating, he escalated the situation. I wouldn't have bothered him for smoking weed but it is against the law. The police were in the right.

It’s decriminalized there. And the cop was saying it was a “drug area.” Not, “I smell weed.”

They tried to tase him over it.

Cops should’ve lost their jobs.

About the TV incident. I don’t really care. It’s a TV. He should get arrested if he stole it. Doesnt really make a difference with anything. Ok he got arrested for trying to jack a big screen TV. Not the smartest thing in the world.

Does it mean he should die? No. Does it mean the cops have never harassed him? No. It just means he made a mistake. Lot of people have.

I wouldn’t say he escalated the situation. They say he stole a TV. He denied it. They had a witness and they arrested him.

Escalating the situation would be fighting the cops. Giving them some back talk is perfectly fine. Last thing we need to do is give full discretion to these cock suckers thinking they run everything. They work for ME. They worked for that kid and they failed him. I am their boss. He was their boss. Just how it is until you commit a crime.

No one escalates more than Blue Isis. NO ONE

Why are you talking about a black kid escalating shit with cops by just back talking them???? Words really break you that bad?

His other interaction, the cop calls backup and they TRY to tase him. You want to talk about escalation. LMFAOOOO. They tried to tase him and failed because he was in a “drug area.” They harassed him and tried to tase him for being in a “drug area.”

Incredible. Think about that. Compare those situations and get back to me.

This is what happens every time an unarmed black kid is gunned down by racist hillbillies or the police.

Right wing media tries to make it seem like the kid was on a destructive path and death or jail was inevitably soon. Every single time.

You see - this tells me they really have nothing on these two guys - now they are going to try to force this guy to testify against the other two - problem is he has already told his story 10x and is going to have to tell a new story to help the prosecution

Or maybe the police department investigated the case and the prosecutor decided there was sufficient evidence to charge Bryan with murder?

Let’s see, my choices are two: Sworn officers of the court intentionally and falsely charge another American citizen with murder? Or the American citizens who are the police officers and prosecutors did an honest job and followed the evidence?

I’m going with my version.

This tells me that The Man who took the video has also been charged with felony murder. The problem is the McMichaels have probably told on his azz.
