Center Andre Drummond might be on his way to the All-Star Game but he has found himself sitting on the bench late in the fourth quarter in two of the past three games due to his poor free-throw shooting. Drummond is an awful 6-of-33 from the line over the past six games and is shooting a woeful 35.8 percent for the campaign. "We can't play hoping we get one point out of a possession," Detroit coach Stan Van Gundy explained to reporters. "He was 1-for-6. Over the last five or six games he's shooting (18.2) percent. He doesn't leave me a choice. That's just the way it goes."

C'mon Van Gundy what do you expect for a mere 3.3 million a year?

Plenty of 6.5 out there.

Replay put an extra second back on the clock for you. Refs make a lot of mistakes with replay. They always add more time as if events are suddenly instantaneous. Ball hits endline at 6.4. That's what they put up. But during the game without replay when a whistle blows the timekeeper stops the clock. And that human reaction takes .3 to .5 seconds. Replay does not account for that. Had they originally awarded CLE the ball after the Kyrie miss as they should have you would not have gotten that extra second put back.
