So what’s the difference between that problem the Jets had in Pittsburgh, and the problem the Steelers had last night in New England? The biggest difference seems to be that the Jets didn’t accuse the Steelers of any wrongdoing, and Jets coach Rex Ryan said after the game that the communications issue wasn’t the reason the Jets lost the game. The Steelers haven’t been so accommodating toward the Patriots in the wake of last night’s loss.
No, the biggest difference is that the Patriots have a long storied history of cheating. The Steelers do not.
That's why the Jets let the Steelers slide, but the Steelers didn't let the Pats slide.
Oh, that, and everyone that is not blinded by their undying allegiance to a band of cheaters is a "hater".
Actually the Steelers passed steroids around the locker room like bubble gum during the 70's......then two years ago there coach was on the field to save a TD return by Jacoby Jones.
Then have their own headset issues that have been documented.
Just let it go......
Yeah I don't really care. My only interest is financial when I bet on or against them.
One of my biggest bets of the year last year was on the Pats in the super bowl. I was a huge Pats fan that day.
Last night I had PIT +7.5 (bought hook). I loved the game last night and have no complaints.
Someone else bumped this thread, and I was just giving my thoughts. It IS a forum sir.
I'm not a typical Pats "hater". I have a completely objective viewpoint, and like most objective people, I scratch my head at this shit and have to wonder. It is all very sketchy. Their name always comes up, and I happen to believe that where there's smoke there's probably fire.
Glad you got the backdoor cover, must have felt good.
I teased the Pats with the under.
Its hard to believe the objective part though, not just by you, but entities like ESPN.....I mean guys like Mike Shanahan or Bill Cowher go national and say everybody is doing these things, but that gets swept under the rug. But then a 10,000 word story comes out with nothing but hearsay, NO named sources, and a ludicrous amount of conjecture that any reasonable person would question because of how preposterous it sounds, and everybody eats up as FACT.
NFL took ownership of the problem last nightI am not grasping at straws.
Y'all wanna bring up the fact that the NFL "controls" the headsets. That's just false. Was just correcting that little factual inaccuracy.
