Ok

So today I decided to just go with it.
So I poured out all the PWO into a bigger container and chopped it all up real fine then put it back into original.

It did not seem to get wet so I guess everything was ok.

Took my first sample today and it was excellent.
Every PWO is a little different then the next.

I notice that PI hits you almost right away.
Some of the others have a delay but PI takes less then 2 mins before you start feeling it.

And its slow and gradual.

Kind of like slowly climbing up a big hill then slowly walking down the other side of the hill.

Thats the way PI feels.



I will add this to my rotation.
Rotation meaning my group of 5 or 6 PWO's that I rotate on my cardio and ab days.

On my lifting days I use prejym because it last so long.

I really like it because it just feels cleanest out of all I've tried to me. If you need help with sleep, or would like a relaxer, the Zen7 is an awesome product too.

Clean is a good way to describe it.
I know this sounds unconventional but on my non lifting days, 2 of the 4 non lifting days of the week I do a lot of running and ab work.

I also take PWO on these days.

And thats how I'm going to use PI on my non lifting days.
It will be just right for that.

I do all my ab work first while the PWO is the strongest and about the time I get done with abs the PWO is starting to come down a little but its just perfect for the cardio work.

Makes sense to me, Chop.

Today, I'm going to do the same thing. Bout to dose PI now. Jitz from 12-1, followed by ab work, and some sprints. I may do some stairs/hills after, but it is the 5yr anniversary of being with my chickadee today, so I probably should wrestle with her instead. :)

On lifting days I have always stacked a stim with a non stim.

Hemavol has always been a mainstay.
Tomorrow on my lifting day I'm going to try White Pump for the first time.
Its a replacement for Hemavol.
I have been hearing great things about it.
Its only been out about a month.

Its made by the same company that makes white flood.

It will take a lot for it to be as good as Hemavol but we shall see.

I also use the CM2 nitrate you see at the end of the picture. That stuff is phenomenal.


So every lifting day I take a stim PWO(PreJym-White Flood-MrHyde-C4-PI, etc....mostly PreJym). Stack it with Hemavol or soon to be White pump, and take 6 caps of CM2 nitrate.

You take that combo and you can't imagine how pumped you will be when you leave the gym.

I take 5 grams of creatine a day.

I use Universal creapure Mono as my base creatine.

I subtract whatever amount of creatine thats in the pre workouts from the MONO to get my 5 grams.

So of the pre works I'm taking that day has a combined 2 grams of creatine I take 3 grams of MONO to equal 5 grams total.

Yea most of that designer creatine is bunk.

You can get a 200 day supply of MONO for less then 25 bucks and it works just as well or better then that expensive crap that does not work any better then the mono.

Well well well.

I tried White Pump for the first time today.
It is incredible.

I have been a long time user of Hemavol but today I tried White Pump which is a non stim pump pre workout just like Hemoval and it gave me massive pumps.
And even better it last hours after my workout.

I normally take 2 scoops of Hemavol and I only took 1 scoop of white pump.

White pump is much cheaper then Hemavol to when you consider that you get more from one scoop then you do with 2 scoops with Hemavol.

I can't take any more pumps, I'm already left crippled from the ones I get lol

Was gonna give the pi a run today but worked all night and then went to the gym, needed a pick me up so used the mr hyde. Prejyms got 150mg caff, and c4 has 135 I believe and I used to take 2 scoops of the c4, just one of prejym with no issues so I new this would be a step up in class but one scoop of mr hyde had me jittery as fuck. In between sets I was shaking like a leaf. It's strong, by half way thru my workout some of the initial burst had worn off and I settled in with it, and I killed the workout, and really as tired as I was going in I had no biz killing it like I did, I was adding in drop sets and extending sets, vicious workout, it pushed me thru but the start was rough, felt like my heart was gonna pound outta my chest lol. It works but its a lot to handle off the hop, settles in nice. Body will adjust in time to the stim load but I think this ones for days im draggin like this couldn't use this as regularly as prejym id be too amped or maybe i'd add a quarter/half scoop to another stim to get a little more revved.

I know exactly what you are talking about.

I can't remember the last time I have taken a full dose of Mr Hyde except for the first few times I tried it.

What I do is exactly what you said you plan to do with it.
If I have a day where I did not get much sleep the day before or I'm just simply tired I will add a quarter scoop to my prejym or whatever other stim pre workout I'm taking that day.
I treat Mr hyde as a pre workout enhancer and not a stand alone.

One scoop of Mr Hyde by itself is just ridiculous energy. Way more then you need.
I am just about 100% confident that Mr Hyde is THE most powerful pre workout on the market.


PS: Hi Nuc did you at least open the can of PI to see if it had clumps like mine?

Opened my PI. It is way more clumpy than usual. The clump is also kind of gummy/spongy.

They're offering to keep this one and send a new one of a new batch that is supposedly no clumps at all, so I may take em up on it for the hell of it anyways.

You guys have me scared of the Mr. Hyde and Prejym. lol

Mine was exactly like yours it sounds like.
I emailed them 3 days ago and never heard back from them.

If you can take a dose of the one you just got and tell me if it feels the same as normal.

Tomorrow is my day off. I will take it on Monday and for sure let you know.

The powers of social media I tell ya. I actually PM'd them through Facebook and got an instant response. I did tell them another person had similar questions, but I didn't know how to say "Choptalk will be in touch as well." lol

I think you're right, there isn't any pw that I've used that's revved me like Hyde, I can't imagine how fkd your adrenals would have to be for a person to handle a full scoop or more regularly.

I opened the pi right now and just took it, on my way to the gym so I'll report back on how I felt on it but it was exactly like yours, a big clumpy ball that took up most of the powder, had to chip away it. I'll drop them an email as well see if I can get the replacement matt was talking about.

Hyde should have you scared lol but prejym is the shit, nothing overwhelming stim wise but insane focus and drive thru the workout, it's my go to, highly recommend.

Yea PREJYM is my favorite of all-time also.
I only use HYDE to add a 1/4 to the prejym if I need the extra boost.

Are the pre-workout supplements you guys are talking about like C4? The stuff that just gives you better pumps in the gym?
