Yes, fade Marc Lawrence

Yes, it has taken me years to learn this, but if you fade Marc Lawrence, you will be a winner.

That has been my guarantee play this year.

Don't even read his explanation, because his arguments can sound pretty convincing and can sway you to drink is Kool Aid. Don't do it Luke..... resist the Dark Side!

He won his Awesome Angle play this week on Fresno, or rather against SD St. but that usually loses. But he lost his Incredible Stat Play against Penn St.

He lost his Upset Game of the Week, Wake Forest. 5*, N Tx. 4*, Or. and 3*/Incredible Stat play Mich. Which is just about Par for the course for Emperor ML.

Moving on to the Pros, the streak continues. 5* Den. 4* Atl. Losers. With Washington as his 3* tonight.

It has taken me many years to pull the trigger on my Fade Marc Lawrence theory, because in the back of my mind I always think... this is the week that Emperor Marc is going to break his streak and go 8-0. Never happens.

Even his Late Newsletter plays are awful!

Like I said, don't even read his explanations, lest you get sucked in. Just flat out fade his picks.

CFB Advisor

Good to see CFB Advisor made a good comeback this week after a couple of bad weeks.

On the downside, Victor King came back down to earth after riding a high.

Lets hope CFB Advisor and VK have good weeks going forward.

Okay, so I've been tracking VSiN's NFL Consensus, which is typically found on page 4 of their newsletter..
Matt Youmans is 43-23 (65%) 19-14 O/U (58%) 24-9 against the spread (73%)
Power Rating is 42-24 (64%) 20-13 O/U (61%) 22-11 against the spread (67%)
Bettor Ratings is 41-25 (62%) 19-14 O/U (58%) 22-11 against the spread (67%)
The consensus pick of those three.. 46-20 (70%) 21-12 O/U (64%) 25-8 against the spread (76%)

Furthermore..

When Matt and Power Rating make the same selection.. 25-6 (81%) 9-3 O/U (75%) 16-3 against the spread (84%)
When Matt and Bettor Ratings make the same selection.. 25-7 (78%) 9-4 O/U (69%) 16-3 against the spread (84%)
When Power Rating and Bettor Ratings make the same selection.. 32-15 (68%) 15-10 O/U (60%) 17-5 against the spread (77%)
When ALL 3 make the same selection.. 18-4 (82%) 6-2 O/U (75%) 12-2 against the spread (86%)

I will continue to track this and post the recommended bets each week on Wednesday when the newsletter is posted.

I have to concur that the contributions to the best thread in the forum have been great. All of you starting with Buzz Kill deserve a pat on the back.

He is being paid well by professionals. I know one for sure is Vegas pro Krackman and sure he's not the only one.
Once the line gets hit his advice is to wait closer to game day. They usually head back towards the opening line.

I am recommending you consider taking this early line on Washington State -2.5 at Arizona.. This looks to be a good matchup for Wash St…

Washington State is the #1 passing offense in CFB going up against Arizona which is 99th ranked vs the pass.

Now everyone has heard and seen Khalil Tate running all over teams the last 3 weeks in Rich Rod’s offense reminiscent of Denard Robinson from a few years ago… But when you look at who he did it against…Vs the Run: Cal is 78th, Colorado is 97th, and UCLA is dead last in the country at 130th giving up over 300 years a game… Well, Washington St is ranked 21st giving up only 120 yards a game.. and when it comes to the passing side Arizona is the 111th ranked passing offense vs WSU 16th ranked pass defense. Advantage: WSU on both sides of the ball

Coach Leach got his players attention back after their let down at Cal a couple weeks ago shutting out Colorado last weekend 28-0, a team Arizona gave up 42 to, and even made his offense do burpees on the sidelines after a 3 and out.

Right now the Line is -2.5 on Betonline, I have already bet it and will most likely be including this as a Star Rated Pick … Now I am not sure but I feel this line could move either way once more books get open… Arizona will probably be a public team playing at home and all the hype Tate has been receiving lately.. The question will be if the rest of the sharps wait to see if this line goes down because of the public and then pounce on a lower number or will they grab it and push the number up out the gate… I am not waiting because I don’t want to see this go up to and possibly past the important -3 number..

• Wash St won last year 69-7 at home… also has won outright the last two trips to Arizona.
