He is being paid well by professionals. I know one for sure is Vegas pro Krackman and sure he's not the only one.
Once the line gets hit his advice is to wait closer to game day. They usually head back towards the opening line.
Sharp and Krackman have a professional relationship, as Sharp's always posts a link to a taped phone conversation they have every Sunday on games. Regading the lines heading back towards the opening line, that not correct more often than not. The posted Seattle/Houston over play I posted opened at 43, and was still available at some places places (BetDSI) 10 minutes after release- but at Youwager/Betpop where I play mostly- it was 44.5 seconds after release.
