In second-round games between a double-digit seed and a seed in the 5-7 range, double-digit seeds are just 3-17 SU and 5-13-2 ATS (27.8%), since 2001.

Underdogs of at least 7.0 points that are off a straight-up win as an underdog of at least 6.0 points have gone a woeful 9-24 ATS over their last 33 attempts. These big dogs generally face a steep letdown after springing a significant upset.
