Fallica's intel here:
New Mexico St always seems to be a trendy 1st rd upset pick, but that hasn’t worked out too well lately. Since moving to the WAC, NMSU is 0-9 in its 1st rd game, losing by 11.2 PPG and going just 3-6 ATS, each coming as an underdog...
However the Aggies last appearance was a one-point loss to eventual Final Four participant Auburn in 2019...

Higher seeds in the NCAA Tournament that force at least 16 turnovers per game are 44-22-1 ATS (66.7%) in the last 15-plus years and 13-1-1 ATS in the last 15 games

There are three higher seeds that force at least 16 turnovers per game in the first round of the NCAA Tournament: UAB (vs. Houston), Georgia State (vs. Gonzaga) and Iowa State (vs. LSU).

Play:

Georgia St. +23 -108

Iowa St. +4 -108

UAB +8.5 -108
Tomorrow this system has plays on

Iowa St. +4

UAB +8.5

It won today with Georgia St.

Yesterday you saw with Iowa, having been a middle of the road underdog to win their conference tournament but pulled it out, then comes into the NCAA flat and loses.

Another game today that fits that same bill and to a greater extent is the Virginia Tech/ Texas game.

Virginia Tech had to win their conference tourney to even get in the NCAA tournament and were much more of an underdog to win the ACC tournament. The Hokies rode a lot of momentum last weekend to winning the ACC tourney.

Well now they have had a break of a few days and the momentum has worn off. I imagine they will come out somewhat flat today as well. They are also going up against a Texas team that plays great defense and played in by far and away the best basketball conference this year.

Everybody and their mama is taking Va Tech in their brackets and also betting them. They have 96% of the money and 70% of the tickets as I write this.

In my opinion Texas is going to handle them.

Play: Texas -1.5
