If you run a solid game with 2 tables, then you should be able to make at least $1500 per night profit. I am sure that the dealers dont get paid by you, only the tips per hand. You probably have to pay security around $175 per man and you probably need 2 of them. Food, drinks, rent and electricity per day should be around $100 per night, but all of that still leaves room for $1500 profit per night.

How would I know all of this? Well I may or may not have a poker room of my own. And we may or may not have 2 or 3 tables. But we dont have 50 players. We usually only have around 25-30 players. But we offer tournaments once per month at buyin of $550 each, so for those events we usually get around 70 players and we need to borrow tables.

What really sucks is that alot of players want to play on credit which we generally do not allow. You are night about the dealers making pretty good money. $1-2 tip per hand and they EASILY make over $250 per night

You really dont want to run omaha games whenever possible.

We try to not run OMAHA games because each hand takes around 4x longer than a no limit game. And that hurts the house rake. We do run 1 table of omaha once every other week but the dealers hate the game. The guys ONLY tip $1 per hand and it takes a lot longer to count the pot on each street and longer just to generally play the game. Thus not only does the house make a lot less money, but the dealers dont make as much money either
