Boy does Tanaka like that extra days rest. Much more effective.
Going to be interesting to see if Joe goes to a 6 man rotation when Severino comes back or he goes to the pen.
Nova has taken that 5th spot.

Thanks Len! BOL today! I'll have to ask Vin about the six man rotation next week when I get back. It sounds like if we went to six it would benefit all the other starters too. Honestly I didn't know that was an option.

Today's report from the road:

Rays having trouble scoring Moore can't pitch more than 6 plus rays down 2 starting players in the field 2base and center plus there good players.

Vin is on the Yankees.

Plain and simple. The Yanks are an automatic fade against lefties.
The offense is pathetic.
I actually like the idea of Gardner sitting also. Over rated and wears down in second half.
Was hoping they could unload him for a decent arm this off season.
He is probably the only guy with decent trade value.
The rest are over paid and nobody would want.
It's a shame they are wasting these surprising quality starts from CC.
