Who cares what the law is? lol
Talk about intelligence
They are a business to make money. You are a customer.

If they think you aren't profitable they ban you. Nothing new.

You move on. I gave the guy easy ways to get back in. Its not worth fighting as the law is on their side.

Jeesh. What is the problem?

Crude is saying sportsbooks/casinos have every right to ban you.

On the other hand, he's also saying you have every right to outsmart them with beards and other endless circumvention tools and tricks of the trade.

Nah
You pretty much defended like it was some good thing
I rarely name call anyone
FOH
Go obsess about Avacados Avacado
I have had it happen to me more times than i can count....or care to count.

Why would anyone be forced to take bets from people they don't want to take them from?

They have every right to ban you.

Just like you don't have to bet with them they don't have to bet with you...

Not hard too understand.

Some Offshore books would be complete douche bags and either purposely slow pay you or pay you in increments over time after informing you of not wanting your action. This is bullshit.

But if they pay you out and tell you they no longer want your action---well that's their right.

They are in this to make money. Period. Not to be your friend. There is nothing for free in this life.

Take ur id. Go into your paint program change the letters in ur last name around---change ur address. I have been doing this since I was 17.

Go to the store buy a $200 laptop, buy a new modem. On the new laptop go into chrome---then go into incognito web browsing. Make a new account. You're in....not hard.

Jeesh. Amateurs here. ;)

Wouldn’t this not work with legal books because eventually you have to get a 1099 or W2 and they have much stronger KYC standards?

For offshore books if you deposit by crypto they don't ask you for really anything---just make sure they can't match ur IP if you have been previously banned.

If you choose credit card(which can be ideal if you want to protect urself) then you will need to show id and such before a withdrawal will he allowed(obviously). Then any simple paint program and a little patience will do...

Was just trying to help Illini out. To waste time yelling at a book is simply a waste.

Didn't think I would get jump on over this---but than again.

The one thing I don't understand... Michael777 was limited to $7. bets at MGM and he states he was a losing player there.. Illini says he won over $70K.. Two entirely different settings. That's why I say they can ban anyone for any reason.

But he isn’t betting offshore

just saying don’t think you can run game like that with a legal book

Why people use actual real people to cycle accounts

Eventually you gotta get a W2 or 1099 though, a fake person can’t do that
On draft kings and fanduel I have filled those out before withdrawal. Always with fake SS.

Have been on their over 5 years. Never paid a cent in tax. Never intend too. And yes I make over the $600 limit...haha

If they each telling the truth.

I have no evidence to say they aren't...Michael777 story doesn't make much sense though.

Oooo with betmgm and caesars you probably can't...

That's why I told him to get a friend/family member as a beard.

Then you will need to pay the tax amount for them...

Seems risky but good luck if you’re comfortable with it

I would think the 1099 gets sent to the IRS but dunno how they would confirm

Personally you know you're n trouble once they give u a personal host.

If you're a winning player death is close.

I am still given perks at Caesars(going to caesars palace and tixs to their super bowl party next weekend for free) but I really only play there when I am in Vegas.

I don't have a personal host there--because I look like a medium size rec...

And of course they take a trillion dollar bet from the Mattress Guy---he is a rich whale who also gives them free pub. Not like Mack is crunching numbers. He is the definition of an entertainment bettor...

Every book that can afford him will accept him with open arms.

I am sure they looked at Illni and how he bet and figured out this guy will never be a net gain for us long term.

They can easily spot the lucky winners and the actual pros...
