Orrrr....

just get good at daily fantasy and they won't boot you as you're playing against other players and not the house.

Why I moved onto that for the most part....less headaches.

My buddy would ask me---"cant u just lose on purpose some to avoid suspicion?"

Lol. No. Nobody(i guess maybe some) has such a large edge that they can "throw" bets...haha

They have every right to ban you.

Just like you don't have to bet with them they don't have to bet with you...

Not hard too understand.

Some Offshore books would be complete douche bags and either purposely slow pay you or pay you in increments over time after informing you of not wanting your action. This is bullshit.

But if they pay you out and tell you they no longer want your action---well that's their right.

They are in this to make money. Period. Not to be your friend. There is nothing for free in this life.

Take ur id. Go into your paint program change the letters in ur last name around---change ur address. I have been doing this since I was 17.

Go to the store buy a $200 laptop, buy a new modem. On the new laptop go into chrome---then go into incognito web browsing. Make a new account. You're in....not hard.

Jeesh. Amateurs here. ;)
Good lord defending them you look like a joke
It is their right when all discrimination is legal.
Until then you look like a fucking clown with that nonsense

Serious question that I hope is not met with derision.... couldn't you sue a sportsbook if they banned you for no other reason than you were winning? I mean they advertise nonstop about how you need to play so you can win. I am sure some lawyer could figure something out.

In a free market, this would be perfectly fair. Customers throttled by one book could just go down the street to another. And, in fact, this can happen in places like Las Vegas. Circa, on Fremont Street, is known for offering all players the same limits. (Limits on MLB moneylines, for example, are $3,000. But players can re-bet and Circa says it will often take larger bets at the counter.) But in states where gambling is more restricted, players are often stuck.

And this is wrong. Unless you are Apollo Global Management, casino licenses are licenses to print money. The government hands them out in ways that enrich the politically connected. And then, when the licensees happen to lose some money to a customer, the government allows them to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Sports books are handed an exclusive money printer. When they use it incorrectly, or break it, they shouldn’t get to take it out on customers. Sportsbooks should have the same limits for all customers. Otherwise, it’s basically the government allowing the politically connected to have their thumb on the scale. Yeah, I know. Not much of a surprise. But still.

To avoid a claim of discrimination, they all need a Sign up in Big Letters: "WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON"

End of worries.

Kicked out of DK? Don’t they take 7 figure bets there? Did you win $8 million or something?

Right but how couldn't a compeptent lawyer show how illegal that would be. The whole idea of betting with a sportsbook is that you could win and the sportsbook is taking a risk booking bets just like the players is with each bet.

No. they have the right to refuse service. This is nothing new.

In the link i provided above you will see card counters actually get police called on them...lol

You obviously aren't committing a crime. But they can bare you from entering the property ever again.

Before you start calling me a joke. U should actually understand what you're talking about.

I have seen you in numerous threads stating your unwavering opinion on many things of which you are dead wrong.

This is just the latest.

Trying to say casinos can't refuse you service...

You literally haven't a clue of what you're talking about---nor rarely do.

Card counters and winning sports bettors get banned all the time. Obviously you personally don't have to concern yourself with this.

Who cares what you think...

The law is the law.

The fact you can't even stay on topic shows your low intellect.

None of this will ever affect your life anyways. :)

Edit: remember I was on topic. Saying this is nothing new. You came back right away calling me a clown for defending them. You seem to always go to name calling if you aren't agreed with...
