and i hope to be in the crowd heckling him....

Like I said, there is no way Woods is going to be able to take the heckling. The PGA is not going to be able to stop the hecklers either. What are they going to do, bring out the National Guard? Tiger is truly a love him or hate him type guy. Even if 98% of golf fans love the guy, there will still be a vocal minority.

you ever been on a golf course? course etiquette 101: shutup when someone is swinging on course.

someone might have the balls and be stupid enough to say something in the gallery, but just imagine the glares back he'll recieve from everyone else and how stupid he will look, and how embarrassing it would be for 3the heckler. hecklers are shit, period.

people take this too seriously, need lives.

i dont think anyone is going yell anything while he's swinging... its while he's walking or right after he hits that he might hear a few things..

and i dont think the hecklers will get that many glares from the other people...

i do because there will be few if any.

golf is a classy sport, compared to nhl, nfl, nba, mlb where you can get away with acting stupid like that.

you say anything stupid, they will definitely point you out. if you are enough of an annoyance, they will remove you from the course.

plus, the people that follow him around hole by hole would be the last to say anything. they are his biggest fans, they have all his shirts, hats, and are in amazement of what he does. they wont say shit.

There will absolutely positively be people who will follow TIger around and yell shit when he is swinging. There are some chicks who are furious about his actions.

It won't last long, but first few tournies he is going to hear stuff all day long.

Yes, I've attended several golf tournaments. It won't be when he's lining up his shot. He will catch shit walking between holes and waiting for his turn to shoot. Even after all of this, there will be plenty of Tiger jock sniffers out there, but I doubt if they will really give hecklers a hard time as long as it isn't done while the 'Quiet' sign is up. I'm sure the PGA will try to protect their cash cow by ejecting people and the like, but they aren't going to be able to police everything completely. I would bet a big chunk of change that there will be some ugly incidents, some of which will probably be initiated by women who are appalled at his behavior.

Hell, if I was playing in the final pairing with him, I would be tempted to lay some subtle shit on him to get under his skin. He obviously is very tightly wound, as evidence by his on the course tantrums of swearing and club throwing.

Swearing and club throwing?

Any other golfers here do that? Many former PGA pros have done this and Tiger is a saint compared to guys like Tommy Bolt, Ray Floyd, and Doug Sanders...

Guys were talking about how cheap he is...well...on of his flings confirmed that.

“Tiger was always tight with money. When we’d go out for dinner, he never left a tip or he’d ask for the meal to be complimentary because he was ‘Tiger Woods’. I just thought that was cheap and it always embarrassed me.

“I never expected him to buy me anything. But he’s the richest sports star on the planet and he never once bought me a gift - not even for Christmas or my birthday. Once, when we were in Las Vegas, playing blackjack in the MGM Grand’s private gambling room, he won hundreds of thousands of dollars.

“He had it all there in his pockets yet never thought once about giving me a chip or letting me have a turn on him. He was very, very stingy with his money.
