Too much money too fast, who of us would develop normally under those conditions? A reality check would serve him well. Also to sack up and treat Ryder cup more seriously.

The reason why he is so boring and so stiff. Esquire Magazine did an interview with him way back in 1996 before he turned pro and in that interview Woods was just shooting the shit with the reporter when he told the reporter either a dirty or racist joke and the reporter printed it with the story. Since then Tiger hasn't said anything interesting to the media since.

Damn Randy, what the hell happened to you? You're making wayyyyy too much sense tonight-and you are probably DEAD ON about the too much money too fast thing. It seems that he's a shy kid who ended up in the spotlight, and just may not cope with it real well.

Tommy Frazier was the same way. He was the QB at Nebraska & was dating a friend of ours-so he spent some time at our college "gatherings" and he just seemed to be totally overwhelmed by the social setting. Even when it was just 10 people hanging out, he was as quiet as a fly.

CBS Peter Kostis made the mistake of saying Tiger did not play well in a particular tournament. Tiger ordered CBS to have someone else besides Kostis interview him after a rd. CBS complied.

people who work in the service industry in vegas say that he is the worst tipper and is very cheap...evidently his dad takes care of people though.

fwiw

I was told Warren Buffett brings his own cola to work. Wonder if he's too lazy to walk to the $1.25 vending machine.

No information if Warrens' dad did the same.

Woods is a total jerk, word going around is he thinks he is bigger than the game

Announcers can't mention it as fear he will blackball them for interviews like he did to Jim Gray
How much did he cost you?
I know one local that lost 1 million Pounds on him in a year.
I guess that local does not like him. Not sure though.

Whoever was filling in for Jim Rome on his radio show yesterday was talking about Tiger and made an excellent point, something to the effect of:

Tiger will undoubtedly go down as one of, if not "the", greatest golfers ever. He already has 10 majors to his credit and will likely eclipse Jack Nicklaus' record of 18 majors. But when will he start acting like the champion he is? He still curses after bad shots and pounds his clubs on the ground. He even made a dent in a green last weekend during a temper tantrum and refused to apologize for it afterward.

I love to watch Tiger come from behind on the back 9 on any given Sunday, but in the gentleman's game of golf he could sure use a dose of discretion and humility.

Tigger can certainly golf his ball. That doesn't mean I have to like him. If you have ever witnessed his act at a Tournament you know what I'm talking about. I think the only bigger PRICK is his Caddy.

He is kind of NERDY and it does get annoying, but I still drop my jaw over some of the shots he hits. I root for him.

Ted Williams...Eddie Murray...the list is daunting when it comes to surly professionals.

I Guarantee this...when Tiger Woods is an old man he is going to be a sweet cuddly puppy dog talking about the sport he dominated and everybody will love him and honor him a la Ted Williams.

I like him because he cuses and beats his club into the ground. Because thats what I do when I hit bad shot.

I think alot of people dont realize that these big time athletes like Tigger and Barry Bonds constantly at every second have guys all over them either asking for interviews or autographs. That would annoy the hell out of me to. Hell I garantee that if I had people in my face all the time I'd be worse than Tigger, Barry or T. Owens. I saw Tigger in the Orlando Airport one night after a flight and he seamed nice enough to me. He was talking to people and signing autographs. Sure he may be a dick at times but who isn't. If I got asked the same questions 300 times a day I'd be a little pissy to.

I cant even make heads or tails as to what the hell the topic starter is talking about...Its just a bunch of vague broad summations that one cant even figure out!!!!

Incidentally if he even close to the asshole you frauds are trying to make him out to be, then i wonder why the hell those throngs of people were clammering over each other at the british open, just to get a look at this so called jackass!!!!:digit:

My opinion is that he never provides any praise of any fellow golfers ever, and he never humbles himself to the game of golf, and he is immature.

And that is my opinion.....as you have yours Have a nice one NEWPORT

You know what I hate... I hate when people say "the game of golf". Why can't people just say "golf", why is it "the game of golf"? We know it's a f**king game. Are we going to get it confused with some other type of golf? Why the extra verbiage? Nobody ever says "the game of football" or "the game of basketball".

Sorry, this has bothered me for quite some time.

When people say the "Game of Golf" ahead of just golf, it is a reference focosing on the PGA. The top 120 players in the WORLD.....In the WORLD Mr D2

golf is what you and I do and every other golfer does, even teaching pro just plays golf, even the scratch club pro plays golf.

THE GAME OF GOLF when used in this context refers to the MASTERS of the GAME, and they are the top 50 to 100 in the WORLD. And you know what that percentage versus how many dick heads own a set of clubs is ??????

It is like like .00001 percent.

YOU GET IT NOW!!??
