Yes or no, 300 angry people enter your gated community and come on your property. Are you scared and if you had a gun, would you get your gun? Yes or no?

Am I scared? Sure.

Do I get a gun? Nope.
Do I point a gun at people? Nope.
Do I lie about protesters breaking the gate? Nope.

Where is the evidence these 300 people were on their property. All video and photographic evidence shows that vast majority were not on their property. There is video and photographs of these people pointing loaded weapons at people. If they did that to certain government officials, they would have been executed without a trial.

I will just do this like they will do this in court for all posters to see once and for all

1- The hole at the top of the gate. How did that get there? It was a blunt force object probably a metal pipe.
2- The hole at the bottom of the gate. How did that get there? Same as #1 above
3- The latch on the gate. This shows the latch does not close correctly anymore and that the blunt force from #1 and #2 forced the latch to separate and allowing the doors to swing open which is when the mob entered.

The video taken by Cassandra Fairbanks shows the aftermath of the gate being forced open. In the video you see a gentleman on the left as people enter. Why is he standing there if the gate opened freely on its own? Why didn't he just walk in? He is there because he was the one who forced the gate open and he is showing everyone it is now possible to enter.

Thank you all for your time. The prosecution any cross examination?

Another stupid comment by you. What does your hypothetical have to do with anything here.

Missouri AG moves to dismiss charges against gun-toting St. Louis couple

Missouri’s attorney general is moving to dismiss charges against a gun-wielding St. Louis couple who faced off against Black Lives Matter protesters last month — just hours after local prosecutors announced the charges.

State Attorney General Eric Schmitt said Monday that the “political prosecution” by Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner targeting Mark and Patricia McCloskey would have “a chilling effect on Missourians’ exercising the right to self-defense.”

“The right to keep and bear arms is given the highest level of protection in the Missouri constitution and our laws, which I am charged with protecting,” Schmitt said in a video posted to his Twitter page.

“And yet in the wake of radical calls to defund the police, and with rates of violent crimes skyrocketing each day, the St. Louis circuit attorney filed suit against a St. Louis couple who according to published reports were doing just that — defending the safety of their family and their property.”

“Enough is enough,” he said. “As Missouri’s chief law enforcement officer I simply will not stand by while a Missouri law’s being ignored. That’s why I’m entering this case and seeking dismissal of this case to protect the rights of Missourians to defend themselves and their property.”

The McCloskeys were caught on viral video on June 28 outside their palatial home in the city’s Central West End neighborhood, each holding a weapon while protestors marched down the private road.

The couple said they armed themselves because they feared for their safety.

But Gardner said Monday that she had filed felony weapons possession and fourth-degree assault charges against the pair, saying “it is illegal to wave weapons in a threatening manner” inside the city limits.

Schmitt, however, cited Missouri’s “Castle Doctrine,” a state law that allows residents to use physical force if they believe they or their property is being threatened, saying the statute authorized the McCloskeys “to protect and defend their personal safety and property.”

He said the state is in crisis, and maintained that the last thing it needs is a “divisive decision not based on the law.”

The prosecution rests then. The court has reached a verdict. HinesWard is guilty of perjury to this court. Sentenced to death by hanging. Next case.

These responses are nuts. You guys really need to step away from your computers and take a walk or something.

KSDK a local station... that day, when the 300-500 rioters went within 30 feet of the McCloskey's door, a nice female reporter was there.

A rioter with an AK-47 shoved her security man backwards while screaming at her, so she ran back to her car with the security man and her photographer.

The rioter chased them back to the car while yelling at her.

This was on TV and is on line.

In previous weeks in St. Louis, nearby, rioters had burned / destroyed buildings, looted, assaulted, even murdered a nice retired police captain, actually a few blocks away from the McCloskey's.

The rioters tresspassed and made violent threats, they had weapons and probably the weapons have been caught on surveillence.

The McCloskey's stood in front of their door with weapons, did not use them, they are within their rights according to Missouri Law, period. Gardner is trying to intimidate anyone who dares stand up to the thug mob rioters.

Lol, you didn't even post a link to your supposed evidence, and you want to execute on a stillframe. Sounds about right for you.

its my job to expose commies like you. coming here with your half truths leaving out the important parts. i simply present physical undeniable evidence that shows the truth. This is always followed up with name calling and denial of what is presented by myself.

Yes this liar wants you to believe an incomplete video that ONLY shows people trespassing an already open gate.

He wants you to ignore visual evidence that damage was caused to that gate OFF CAMERA.

He uses the weak defense of Home owner possibly doing it and ignores the most like cause was
either guy holding it open or someone else earlier had caused damage

That is a scary situation. There are definitely some bad apples taking part in these demonstrations, and some people trying to incite responses.

YES.

Recently in St. Louis, nearby, rioters had burned / destroyed buildings, looted, assaulted, even murdered a nice retired African police captain, closeby to the McCloskey's.
This day, 300-500 rioters were 30 feet from their front door, it was trespassing but that was almost irrelevant to the danger, guns were in the crowd.
Cops did not respond to 911 call.
And the McCloskeys stood there with guns, too, to protect themselves and their property.
They did absolutely nothing wrong legally or morally.
Our republic is in deep trouble when 98% of the media characterize the McCloskey's as being the criminals in this situation.
You (HinesWard) know this, but are defending your ideology, your race (maybe) with no compromise. That is pathetic.
Does eveybody not see it is ONLY the Democrat party that riots and destroys and assaults and also DOXs, attacks prominent Republican type people's homes and families?

If you are so confident in your "evidence" just post the link to the video. You have a stillframe of a video that you clearly cropped the title out of, and you haven't proven anything. You have no undeniable physical evidence, and even Judge Judy would laugh you out of her court room for a stillframe of a cropped video without more context.

It's not hypothetical, it happens far too frequently. Liberals believe people within the government deserves special privileges not afforded to any other American citizen.
