Trust me in this town both sides are tools. McCloskey is using his 15 minutes of fame to be on Fox and build his practice in town. They knew what they were doing when they looked like cartoon characters on their lawn. As far as Gardner goes she is more incompetent than anything else. Any reputable prosecutor in her office has already quit on her as she is an idiot who has no interest in protecting her citizens. It's basically a low point for this city when looking at the crime late it's hard to go lower.
