Just because I'm a patient guy, I'll walk you through it one more time. Follow closely.

You claim that you can win at craps because 18 times you win, and only 6 times you lose. 75% of the time, you win 7 dollars. 25% of the time, you lose 22 dollars. So in 4 rolls, you've won 21 dollars and lost 22 dollars. Follow?

The reason that you've won is because you've been lucky. You've been on the positive side of variance, thus far. Understand?

Thank you for explaining it to me. I now see the light.

All you need is a $1 rebate every time you seven out, and you would break even. Good thing the odds are in your favor, though. :drink:

HeatOhio- You are a fucking idiot. Plain and simple. Why are you trying to act all tough? Is that just the way you get when you get backed into a corner when you are clearly wrong about something?

-Let me get this straight - You have a winning system in craps .. but you keep your $9 an hour day job?

-You have this winning system in craps . . .but you don't play that often, because the "wear and tear" on your car for the drive isn't worth it.

-You have a winning system in craps. . . The numbers that Illini layed out for you are not absolute.

-You have a winning system in craps. . BUT you should limit your ROI to 15%?

I HAVE TO HEAR the reasoning on this. If this system wins, and isn't -EV in the long-run then why can't you sit at the table all day long? Please explain? I am just dying to hear your explanation for this.

-Oh, was also wondering how you can make a statement that "People just don't roll 7's on their first few rolls" I would also love to hear your explanation on this.

I think he accepted the fact that he was wrong. I clearly laid it out to him, and he said he understood. I think he was sincere, wasn't he? You can't argue those facts that I put in front of him, so surely he wasn't being a wiseass again, was he? I don't think he was. I am pretty sure he's done posting in this thread. He did make a fool out of himself for over a week.

No way. People like him would never accept the fact they are wrong. Its obvious by all of his arguing in this thread.

Actually, with all these threatening posts he is probably on post review.

Wil and other mods only put up with so much bullshit before pr or banning.

I win at craps but don't quit my job because I don't live near a casino.

I win at craps in part because I set a win/loss limit. Every intelligent gambler knows to do this. I've seen way too many people let greed lose all of their money for them.

The numbers that anyone laid out are not absolute. That is an undeniable fact. If they were absolute than there would be no variance. Absolute and variance are oxymorons. These numbers are not 100% true. I think all of you know this but for some reason you can't admit that this works in my favor.

I never said that people don't roll 7's their first few rolls. You are a fucking ass that does not read shit, comes in and acts like you know what you are talking about. What I said is that it is not as common as people may think. I have had people 7 out on their first roll up to 3X in a row, so I never said that people DON'T do it.

The house does have a mathmatical edge over an infinate amount of rolls, and that edge may show up here and there at tables. Those are the few times that I have lost at tables. If the house had that much of an edge I would have had many more losses then wins in 3 years of play.

I am not cyber punching, I'm calling people out. Telling them that they would never talk like that to someones face. You people are a bunch of bitches that only talk tough over the internet. Sorry for being a man about things. Where I come from if you talk shit, you had better be ready to back it up.

I would say around about $10,000, give or take over 3 years. I have never actually kept track. Most of that was over the year that I went weekly.

Luck has certainly been on your side. Don't give it back. I just wish you didn't really believe your system had positive expectation.

The numbers are absolute, 100% true, and never will change. Rolling 7's are not as common as people may think? WTF does that mean? It doesn't matter what idiots think. It's not about thinking at all. It's about knowing with a mathematical certainty that a 7 will come up 1 out of every 6 rolls, on average. Because every single time you roll the dice, the odds are 1 in 6. The house has an edge on every roll, and that never changes either. It doesn't just show up here and there, and leave at certain times. It's hilarious that you consider the house edge to be a ghost that roams around, and when he shows up, that's the only time you lose. Got news for you. That ghost never leaves the table. There is a huge mathematical edge over you every time you play. I already proved that to you. Now think. Use your fucking brain.

You have your right to believe that luck has been on my side.
