Low Flame....Not Medium

You want to just Cover the Bottom of the Pot with the Olive Oil
Should be like a 3 or 4 count while pouring out of the Bottle.....
BOTTLE should not be an Open Bottom with No Stopper

Yes......after Your Garlic is starting to Brown...on Both Sides
I was you to empty out the Paste and put it in the Pot with the Oil & Garlic

Be Careful...........When you place the Paste in the Pot....IT WILL POP
Wish you had a wooden spoon, but ...Oh Well

Now when the Paste is in Pot.....I want you to Mix the paste around the Pot......

And Then Start the tomatoes....Pour 1 Can....Blend ( Puree ) and then Pour that Into the Pot.....Repeat until you are finished with the 3 Cans

Lasagna, best use ever of ricotta cheese.

This is why fresh lasagna kicks ass. You can really taste that ricotta blending in with the rest of the slice

Some how, I can just picture dawg, at his computer , with a Big Mac and a Bud, no where near the kitchen, with a big ol' smirk on his face.
