Good job
He won a game
12-12 with an ERA of 4.22

Here is what a clutch pitcher looks like
Curt schilling 11-2 with a 2.23 ERA

John Smoltz
15-4 with a 2.67 ERA

Orlando Hernandez
9-3 2.55 ERA

Madison Bumgarner

8-3 2.11 ERA

I notice you didn't address the substance of the post

Enough said

I could easily just post Kershaw ML record then let you attempt to punch holes in Cy young awards and winning percentages.
Kershaw is one of the best pitchers in the MLB 10 years running.

What is it you're looking for?

Playoffs and regular season are a different game
Playoffs are when the men step up and the bitches fall

I will take a very good pitcher who is clutch in the playoffs over a great/elite pitcher who becomes average when it is on the line

But he isn't the only one
Maddux
Clemens
Martinez
Johnson
All had their share of problems in the postseason
Not quire as bad as Kershaw though

So he's a pussy because he's had some bad post season games..
Oaky got it...You might need to rethink the definition of pussy.

Too bad no one is disputing his regular season greatness.

He's been amazing in the regular season.
He's been mediocre in the playoffs.

His sample size is so large in the playoffs that you can't just say "variance" and really be making a compelling argument.

When a pitcher is amazing in the regular season, and then mediocre in the playoffs, that makes him a choke artist.

He can prove himself not a complete choke artist with another dominant start in game 4 or game 5, but the fact of the matter is that he's been on a lot of great teams, and they've mostly fallen short because he's been incapable of winning big games and beating other aces in the playoffs.

What, no comment on taking it in the ass when K won yesterday? No flapping of your gums? Your contention that somebody's political leanings could influence their sports ability shows just what a moron that you are, Jagoff

the fact you don’t see how someone’s political opinions could shape how they perform under pressure shows me you lack critical thinking skills.

Jake Arrieta, for example, talked shit to Pirates fans in 2015 right before the one game wild card game there, and then went out and pitched a better playoff game than Kershaw has ever pitched. He also pitched two great outings in the World Series, both on the road, and is why they won that World Series. He also told Hollywood to fuck off on Twitter the morning after Trump won.

I want to educate you, not humiliate you.

You really don’t see how not giving a flying fuck what people think of you could help your ability to pitch under pressure? And if you do see that, you don’t think conservatives generally have that perspective more than liberals?

Just something for you to ponder over, little guy.

I'm a Greg Maddux guy

11-14 postseason record 3.27 ERA 1.24 Whip

Every time Maddux pitched in the regular season, i felt confident. Every time Maddux pitched in the post season, i wasnt so confident.

Sometimes these Aces are DOMINANT against weaker teams but when they have to play a top team, they are just average.

I dont think Javy is doubting that Kershaw is a 1st ballot HOF. I just think Javy doesnt think that Kershaw is "clutch" in the post season

1 other note. I am a braves fan. I LOVED listening to John Smoltz last Sunday night on what its like to pitch in a game 7.

Still remember how dominant he was in the 91 NLCS and the 91 WS (i cannot remember the other game 7 he started)

As fate would have it, Kershaw is again in position to put the Dodgers in a great spot, or put them in a hole.

Let's see what he's got tonight.

Looks like Glasnow's got nuts the size of a baby squirrel, so looks like there won't be much pressure on Pussyshaw after all.

Man, Glasnow is fucking awful.

1-2 vs a guy that swings at everything. Fastball right down the pipe sure seems like the right pitch.

Guy thinks major league hitters can't hit straight as an arrow 99 MPH beach balls.

This series is over. Glasnow's half an incher outshines Kershaw's 1 incher.

Don't be so pessimistic. You may be right but up 3-0 in the second inning of a 2-2 series is hardly a deal sealer.

Rays are forfeiting this game by leaving this idiot in. They must not want to waste the bullpen and go all out in game 6 and 7. But christ.
