Before the game we was being told how wonderful a gift it is for the sports books to give +160 fading kershaw in the World Series .

Now that he is 2-0 in the World Series Tampa sucks all of a sudden . Lol

You worse then the Lebron haters

Oh yeah I forget . You are one of those to .

Who would have guessed

His playoff numbers speak for themselves. Did you rim him one time or something and feel a strong connection? I really don't understand the refusal to admit Kershaw's career to this point has been defined by his playoff choke jobs.

Yea Tampa is just horrible .
Won 60 games in the World Series .

Just an awful team

Give me a break man

I said they weren't good offensively. This is true. The 2020 Rays were 13th in the league in OPS. Basically average. But yes, the Rays are world beaters on offense because their record is good. There's no other explanation. LOL... you're in over your head in this whole discussion I'm noticing.

And just so you know, Kershaw did survive that game because the Rays are mediocre offensively. Most world series lineups don't have a giant glaring hole in the bottom of the order like that with multiple guys who are automatic outs even if you don't make your pitches, which Kershaw did not make great pitches to those guys in the 4th inning. Those at bats in the 4th inning were truly horrible and got Kershaw out of that jam before he imploded. Against a better offense, that likely doesn't happen, and we're likely here having a discussion about how Kershaw gave up 5 runs and blew the game.

actually not .
You the one over your head actually.
You are using outdated back of the baseball card stats to make your case such as ERA and W/L record .
Those stats have not been takin seriously in quite some time when it comes to analysis .

BAPIB for instance is a much better measure and HH% just to name a few .

When you use those figures his postseason failures are overblown although yes he has been much better in the regular season .

But he has not been nearly as bad as has been advertised when you get past the back of the baseball card stats that you seem to still use.

Are you seriously arguing that Kershaw's post season ERA is nearly 2 full runs over his regular season ERA over the span of 190 innings because of bad luck?

Anyway, if you want to go that retarded path, Kershaw allows 1 HR per 12.89 innings in the regular season and 1 HR every 6.53 innings in the postseason. That's a stat that can't possibly have much to do with luck, right?

Case in point, the guy that beat him in that game is a guy with probably .01% as much talent as Kershaw has, and yet, Hendricks also probably has 2 better playoff games than Kershaw will ever pitch in his life.

Go figure.

You took it in the ass betting against him, for the 2nd time in the series, and your contention that one's political beliefs somehow affect one's sports results is so stupid as to be laughable. STFU, you're embarrassing yourself.

Check out David Price's playoff numbers.

Now check out the fact that David Price is a social justice warrior liberal who is sitting out the season due to a virus that kills .000001% of the people in his age range.

I rest my case.

Kershaw pitched in game 2 of that series. 7 innings of shutout ball and only giving up 2 hits

Can you imagine the pressure that was on that Cubs team during game 6 in 2016? The mighty Clayton Kershaw coming to town for game 6...

Not only that, if Kershaw had won game 6, there's very little chance the Cubs recover and win game 7. I remember 2003 well.

But Kershaw did not give his team a chance to win that game in game 6, did he? He gave up runs early and was giving up loud and hard contact every inning.

2003 was a fun series. I was actually at 1 of the games that went extra innings

Donating 100 million dollars to BLM causes is not liberal ?
Alrighty then .

Have a nice day

What he is now and what he was then are different
I would say calling liberal athletes less clutch is a stretch. Far-left athletes might actually be different.
People on the far left tend to be unathletic little bitches or thugs. Whiny cry babies who likely don't deal well with pressure
Sorry, just kind of true
But I have no idea of any of these players are that
But it would make sense if they are

I enjoy the Bumgardner mentioned. Loved the guy in the play offs, especially the 2014 post season. Every time he came in, it was like dad coming out to pitch vs his son and his 8th grade buddies and dad was going to teach the kids a lesson.

With that said, Bumgardner is now an actual Bum pitcher. While Kershaw is still a stud. So...do i really need to make some sort of political statement now to wrap this up? Nah.

Michael Jordan is not liberal, certainly not by 2020 standards. But again, we are discussing something with people who feel a political donation proves you support that cause.

That's just plain stupidity. Hell, if I was a famous athlete or celebrity, I might donate to BLM just so I'm not called a white supremacist on twitter and lose millions in endorsement deals.

Do you think I support BLM too?

He is. But i don't care.

You're not very bright. Which is fine. Just don't waste my time offering me bets if you were never planning on taking them in the first place.

LOL... the shit I took has a higher IQ than you, but that's okay man.

Sure, every single person in Hollywood is a liberal, they don't all support the exact same candidate and causes for PR reasons.

I believe that you truly believe that. And that's sad. You are naive as fuck.

Says the guy that offers a bet, i accept and then he avoids.

I'll take NC for $500. What happened there, you now avoid it.

A man of your stature and IQ must have $500, right?

This thread just gets dumber and dumber .

Im done with this .

So since part of the 100 million to Black Lives Matter causes is also paid by Nike that makes him not liberal lol.

So I guess 50 million is the cutoff line donation to BLM to not be liberal now.

Wow , is I spend anymore time on this subject I will start losing brain cells .

Have a nice day .

So it is your contention that no famous person or public figure has ever made a donation that they don't care about, or don't believe in personally?

That is literally an argument you're making right now, just so we are clear?

I can't tell which of you and crudebar is dumber. Probably crudebar, that dumb bitch rode the short bus to school before he dropped out.

I'm a Northwestern educated attorney. How about yourself? If you want to play a game based on our IQs and intelligence, you might want to at least bring a bat.

I just checked my books and you didn't even offer me a competitive price on Trump for North Carolina. Are you serious right now? What kind of retard would take a worse price on a forum than they can get with their book?

You offered Texas at even odds. I then accepted your NC, which is -120 on dem side. Texas is over +200 on dem side.

U are not a northwestern educated attorney.

Enough of the games. I am out, because you don't have the funds anways.
