Been a Braves fan since I was 4 years old .
This is my favorite Braves team of all time .
They are so fun to watch .
They all like each other .
No ego just a fun team

Tampa seems that way too...not the big headed super star players just a bunch of guys wanting to play ball and win

Yes agree .
Im not a Tampa fan but much respect for that organization .
They get 2.00 worth for every dollar they spend . Meanwhile the NY teams are at home watching them on TV.

His ERA is 1.9 runs higher in the playoffs that regular season
Chokeshaw
4ER in 5 innings will not cut it for a #1 pitcher who is paid up the ass

I’m talking about tonight .
He pitched fine tonight .

One of those runs was a run on base the reliever let score .
The inning started in a fluke base hit by acuna .

He was not the problem tonight .

It was the bullpen.

Braves have been eating against bad bull pens all season .

So you a Braves fan and a Heat fan ?

If so let’s hope you don’t end the season with 2 second place finishes .
That would suck

Phillies were 5-5 against the Braves this year....too bad the Phils were 7-13 against the American League and under .500 against the Marlins....they should have been in the playoffs....good luck to your Braves down the stretch....

Still no announcement on starting pitcher for Braves

I think they trying to decide between Tomlin and Giving Wright another shot since he only pitched 2/3rd of an inning during his implosion .

Honestly those are the only 2 options my vote goes to Wright .

Although I think they probably gonna go tomlin

I wonder if they're considering Max on 3 days rest? If they win, they could close out the series and then pitch Anderson in game 1 and Max in game 2.

Just a thought

Honestly I want Wright to start bad.

If he dont pitch tonight he’s gonna have to start a game in the World Series if they make it .

So why not give him a chance to get back out there for the first time after his implosion up 3-1 in the NLCS instead of the World Series

Wright has top of the rotation ace ceiling .
He was the first pitcher drafted 2 years ago and signed the biggest contract in baseball history coming out of the draft .

He was drafted to be an ace .

Tomlin fastball tops out at 88.

Dodgers will crush Tomlin

Maybe start Tomlin and have Wright pitch a few innings in relief?

Maybe that takes some pressure of Wright that he is not "starting"?

Playoff Snit scares me so no telling what he's gonna do

Personally, i think having the DH helps the braves in the playoffs. In the past 2 seasons, he would have a pitcher throw a gem and would pull him in the 4th or 5th b/c the offense is rallying and pitcher is up during a BIG spot. Snit would pinch hit, the pinch hitter would fail, and then the bullpen would be poop

Yes the DH has done a good job covering for some of snits shortcomings .

Typically he pulls starters too early and leaves relievers in too long .

No reason for him to pull Wilson last night after 6 only throwing sixty something pitches .

Then Will Smith goes in and things got scary
