Also, I'm not a big believer in polls, but I have an especially hard time believing that Bush will win FL by 5 percentage points. This is the state that got completely disenfranchised by the BS that took place four years ago. Not only did you have the chads/votes not counted, but thousands of African-American voters were not allowed to vote in some precincts. The dem voters will be out in mass. And how many of those poll voters were contacted in Dade and Broward counties? My guess is a disproportionate low number.

I will bet anyone here that Dubya doesn't win FL by a 5.0% margin or greater.

It's funny over the past 4 years not one African American has come forward with any proof they were not allowed to vote when eligible. Sure Jessie Hi-Jackson and Al fake-a-rape Sharpton scream this every time the cameras on, however, this is another big lie that has no merit. I wouldn't be surprised if Bush wins Florida by 8%.

I've never understood the whole "some people were not allowed to vote" BS comments from the democrats. Are they trying to say that black people are too stupid to figure out how to punch the ballots? That's about as racist as anything I've ever heard.

Fish,

Why'd you attempt to make posters believe you backed Bush prior to the 1st debate and after the 1st debate you swayed to Kerry?

Fish was trying to get Dubya to call him a flip-flopper. Because it appears that Dubya is the only person alive that has never questioned a decision that he made. Once he makes a decision, no matter how bad it may be, he will stick to his guns like he was right then and right today. He has the best internal denial system that I've ever seen. Not something I consider to be a positive for the leader of the free world.

How many blacks were disenfranchised in Florida? Not one that I have seen come forward. I live in Florida.

What I think the ACLU was really saying was that blacks were intimidated by the mere presence of police near polling precincts. I guess if I had a warrant against me or I was out on parole I would be afraid of the big bad police.

You gotta love the dems for undermining the integrity of the voting system.

Why is this thread still in offshore?

PS Count the electoral votes and not the popular vote.

FISH, leaving all biases aside. I WOULD BY FAR TRUST to see the odds at the sportsbooks over polls as to who is gonna win, follow where people put their money. If Kerry were the favorite at these sportsbooks, I'd say Kerry would probably win. But today Bush is still a 3 to 2 fav (juiced up odds) as he was months ago. FIND ME A BOOK WHERE KERRY IS FAVORED. reading this site I'd think Kerry was 4 to 1 favgorite.
