What I find funny is if someone valuable leaves, no one cares. If someone who is a regular contributor posts that they are leaving, the general reaction is "don't let the door hit ya", perhaps rightly so.

Here we have a guy who was dedicated to turning the offshore forum into poly forum 2, and he "announces" his leaving through another poster, and people are up in arms. All in order to show they are proponents of free speech on the forums? Dude got warned, then got his wrist slapped, and then decided to leave like a crybaby. I don't see why anyone cares.

In seriousness though, maybe he's a good guy in the other forums, I dunno. Back to the bar analogy, he was acting like an idiot on one bar. He was asked to leave that particular bar for a week, that doesn't mean he's banned from every bar on the block.

Not sure why it's such a big deal for you. There are two threads of the same topic where we have two trolls who literally just trading insults. The same thread that you admitted you have no interest of reading it yet when the 3rd thread is created and deleted by the mod, all of the sudden you have an issue.

So to answer your question I base my reasoning not on that thread as a bases if I like or dislike that thread.

I'm not sure you're being independent thinker has anything to do with this. There are two "Sterling...related threads" going on in here for 1-2 weeks, evidently, there aren't any meaningful discussion of the issue but a handful of posters who engaged in dick measurement contest. There is a place for that, Poly and RR.

Everyone is welcome to a pissing match in Poly and RR, OS is not the place.

It's unfair that he was singled out, while the guys that were engaging him tit for tat went unscathed, but that's a mod call, and sometimes life's not fair. I'm the same Chop. Guys here think I'm annoying too. I get it. Not me in real life but I come across as an ass sometimes on this board. I don't know how to type the thoughts any different.

Honesty is the best policy though. We've had our disagreements on here but you don't annoy me. To me, you actually come across as pretty intelligent and a guy with some pretty good life experience.

This is an example.

I like FZ because he contributes to the general betting knowledge and I often agree with him when he gives his insights about sports and casino.

On the other hand, FZ annoys me when he gets overly aggressive because he disagrees with a point of view... you can see him jabbing first a lot of the times.

Should he be banned if he keeps picking fights? No way, he contributes, he just needs to chill the fuck down. Maybe mod enforcing civility is necessary. Me personally? Ive been attacked by several posters, especially in the past and in the CR forum... why? I guess because I used to care if I got picked on... nowadays I couldn't care less... and nobody is calling me names... bullies go after the ones who fear it. Grow some balls. But mistreat no one.

We all want the best for this forum.. we gotta work together, bashing needs to stop.
