I like the direction of the "Sports Forums" here at RX. Why I'm here.

The College Football Forum is the BEST on the net. No other network is even in the ballpark. Not close!

Good, knowledgeable men who differ, but don't bash. Heard EOG mentioned...check out football in that fucken wasteland.

I was once aspiring president of the Rubber Room. I lost in the 2006 elections. So it's not uncharted territory for me.

I like FZ because he contributes to the general betting knowledge and I often agree with him when he gives his insights about sports and casino.

On the other hand, FZ annoys me when he gets overly aggressive because he disagrees with a point of view... you can see him jabbing first a lot of the times.

Should he be banned if he keeps picking fights? No way, he contributes, he just needs to chill the fuck down. Maybe mod enforcing civility is necessary. Me personally? Ive been attacked by several posters, especially in the past and in the CR forum... why? I guess because I used to care if I got picked on... nowadays I couldn't care less... and nobody is calling me names... bullies go after the ones who fear it. Grow some balls. But mistreat no one.

We all want the best for this forum.. we gotta work together, bashing needs to stop.

I take offense at the way Akphidelt was calling people racists with no evidence, to a well-respected poster who has been here for many years and 40K posts. Then Guesser tries to stick up for AkPhidelt and say that people were going tit for tat with him, which just isn't true... Correct me if I'm wrong?

In no way did I stick up for Aki. I said he deserved what he got. Only that some others that were doing what he did, deserved the same. If you want to continue this, take it downstairs, instead of attacking me up here and adding to the problem.

Fester, I'm not siding in anyway with AK, I admit he usually rubs me the wrong way and I could say I don't like him or agree with him, mostly... You were defending Willie, Willie contributes to the OF and I like him, mostly. You guys just get out of control at the polyforum and it splashed over here... you guys go nuts!!!! I mean I get the passion but sometimes it goes overboard on both sides. I used to post at the polyforum back in 2008, stopped because the bashing was too much. I remember you and Dave007 and JoeContrarian and others, even barman... lots of fun but lots of nonsense too.

I'm not siding with AK but I think you an I can agree that you do get aggressive defending your beliefs and that there are better ways of proving a point and you are smart enough to know this. You guys have a history beyond the OF and that translates into an unnecessary mud fight.

To remain the "Best" we who love college football need help from the moderators....not their comments for god's sake but keeping the direction/focus on college football. Not some XXXXXXX hotdog who may draw dumbass silly numbers that goes away in two weeks.

Example: Hockey forum could/should have been Hugh this season. Mod protects one horseshoe, whose gone in two weeks while running off key hockey contributors. Water under the bridge...but.....
