Person A thinks gay marriage violates the sanctity of the sacrament. I can respect that viewpoint even though I might not agree with it.

Person B thinks affording gays the right to marry is affording them basic human rights. I can respect that viewpoint even though I might not agree with it.

And no one is saying that homosexuals should be denied basic human rights. What I'm saying is that we should not redefine a centuries old institution for 1%

homosexuals civil unions, so that they have any tax benefits or whatever that heteros have from their union.

Ya I think only about 1/3 of Americans even own a passport also. I kinda understand actually because the USA has such a variety to offer. Its an amazing country. Serious question:

If people are born gay, why does every identical twin study that has been done show no genetic correlation whatsoever?

I.e. if you have one twin that is gay, since their genes are identical, the other identical twin should always be gay. Scientists
have never found this to be the case.
