same brain? You mean much smarter don't you?
We are about the same age and I can only imagine if I had the brain I have to day when I was in my 20's.
So you suggest that quitting smoking increases your risk of lung cancer ? That's a really far out theory. I smoked a pack a day for over 20 years, quit 1/1/11.
I doubt you can pull up something to document this claim. I used to live in Vista also, BTW ! on Woodrail Drive
Jaguara if you keep worrying about it, then it will kill ya. Billions before you have at one time or another thought about getting old and dying. Michael Jackson said that the hardest thing he ever did was getting old.
Follow as many of these things and you should live a long happy life ..

alcohol affects every organ in your body. Brain, Heart, Liver, Kidneys , pancreas etc.. Drunk Driving deaths. Nobody ever smoked a cig and then killed a family of 5 on the road.
Lung cancer stats are inaccurate, people die of lung cancer who never smoked a day in their lives. Alcohol has torn families apart and has turned once successful people into homeless people. Plus its socially acceptable..
Its not even close viejo.. Alcohol is way worse than cigs.
You know I've never believe people when they say, "I feel as good as I did in my 20s."
I really think aging is so gradual that people forget what being young feels like. Even the brain changes. There's no denying it.
The only thing I truly fear is Alzheimer's. I can think of nothing worse than forgetting your family and loved ones and all the great moments you've had in your life.
