Yea I don't know. I kind of have ADD and make split second decisions. And I was reading through all the threads and then the last second I thought about how good it felt during the summer workouts... but then also I forgot that I was in shape for those. So I'm going to take your advice and try this HGM plan to start off and work my way up.
