Hello everyone, my name is Paul and I've decided to ask for help cause everything i've been doing isn't working. Just a brief background. I'm 22, I played travel hockey from 6-14 years old and football from 14-21 inlcuding 3 years in D3 college. I've always been around 180-190 lbs with very little body fat and good muscle definition. However, sports made it so easy to stay in shape. But I broke my ankle junior year in college and didn't play my senior year. Since then I have taking up the hobby of binge drinking and eating fast food. I am now 248 and disgusted with myself. I work 40 hours a week and Im just looking for a little advice on how to begin training on your own without having a coach tell you to do something? I'm a very competitive right now type guy so my diets are always crash diets and they always end up crashing, haha. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. And thanks in advance.

I'm really confused why you think it's funny or makes someone a loser for trying to better himself. Makes no sense to me.
I mean there are a lot worse people posting in this thread that I could easily attack personally but they just don't matter that much. Willie, on the other hand, I can't stand, and I have absolutely no qualms going after him... he has made many comments about my parents and my personal life. The dude is a fucking clown.
