I use to believe JDeuce a little back in the day because he would never talk substance. He would just call me names and talk about how awesome he was, never actually engaging in debates. But once he started making threads and actually talking about topics, it was clear the guy is a pathological liar. He is scary dumb. The shit he comes up with, I can't even imagine how anyone with even a high education would think. He once tried to say the Earth warming by a small margin was comparable to that of a turkey coming out of an oven or that of a running back getting a little extra yardage. It was very scary stuff. Even Sheriff Joe was staying away from the kid, lol.

In all fairness, I'll have all my properties (including my house) paid off very shortly - even though it's probably not the best financial decision. I could make more money taking the cheap loans and investing elsewhere, but the peace of mind of having no debt is worth it to me. And, I have more than enough money to reach my goals for myself and my children - at least as far as their college is concerned.

I lived in debt for many years....just didn't like it. Felt good about just paying off house, cars and school loans. I was told not to but fdid what I wanted and my wife wanted. Worked out just fine
