Just pointing that a QB's running game is nowhere near as important as it's passing game and Wilson don't have much of a passing game.

He sure didn't have much of a running game vs. GB either and to me that was surprising.

0 QB rating in 1st half, 4 INT's.

Can't blame him at all for at least 2 of the interceptions. Recievers failed to catch good throws in their hands.
Recievers may also take some responsibility for the other 2 interceptions.

Like it has been said in defense of Brady, he can't catch the balls, too. Was that his wife who said that?

Wilson's TD to INT ratio is better than Brady's, according to stats posted during the conference games.

With his feet & mobility Wilson is miles ahead of the aging NE QB.

That throw for the 2 pointer looked like a baseball pop up, please don't credit him for that.

Actually that was a smart play on his part. It was a no look pass, so throwing it up that high was brilliant.
Moreover it was in the perfect spot. Very few QB's would not have been sacked there or gotten off a
catchable ball. Considering what followed, it was also a game saver. Without that play GB would now be
going to the Super Bowl. He gets over 90% of the credit for that play being a success. He gave it a life.

He sure didn't have much of a running game vs. GB either and to me that was surprising.

He didn't try to run much, not like he often does, but when he did he was effective. The announcers
kept saying that GB was "spying" on him re the run.

I wonder if that was his coach's decision and/or instructions to him not to run. Seattle needs him healthy
to win the game & the Super Bowl. Without a 5 to 2 turnover ratio against them, Seattle wins the game
rather comfortably. If the turnovers favor them 5-2 it's a blowout.

Wilson is a highly underrated QB, right below the absolute top tier, and his legs make him that. Don't know why so many have a difficult time giving a QB credit for their running ability. His legs will give NE lots of problems, as will the read option, and will allow him to make plays. He's also operating with garbage at WR and mediocrity at TE.

I agree. He is actually very good at throwing the ball.

U know when Wilson will be evaluated? When they pay him 17 million a year and start losing players because of it. He is making like 500k a year now. That is y they have the top defense and running game. Pay him like a franchise qb and we will see.. For right now don't act like he is the reason for Super Bowl.

Without Wilson's performance in at least 5 games this year, Seattle would not have won the West or even made the playoffs for that matter.

They won the NFC championship despite his 4 interceptions. Yes 1 was not his fault. He threw for 200 yards and 1 td. If he were on the colts they would have lost 45-7 if not worse.
