Hell just today 2 weeks before my NEPHEW was to be comming home he just got extended to October. So I have a huge interest in this was. Is this war fucked ? duh yeah yeah it is. Am I for killing arabs that want to kill us? Hell ya I am. Do I wish my Nephew was comming home? Sure as hell I do.

sums up my feelings exactly, live fairly close to Ft. Bragg and in the last 30 days i've seen countless stories on the news of the young men and women who continue to die needlessly, including a 19 year old second genration mexican american kid from my hometown that had so much to live for, his mother was completely broken hearted and devastated by the news of his death. it has become impossible to put the images out of my mind and the toll that it has taken on our country is too great to measure, it will take several generations to overcome the loss we have suffered.
Teaze My wife can't even watch the news. I have trouble sleeping since he has left. (thats why I'm awake now) He is in the AirForce. Turns out the AirForce also does fucking convoys. Also it makes it realy hard that he is living my dream . Thats what I had planned since I was 12. I am sick that he is there and I am not. I would change places with him in a heartbeat.
