Akphidelt' logic = the nba can do anything they want and Sterling can't do anything to counter it. No proof or citations to anything supporting such logic but he sure as hell is adamant that there is absolutely no other possible outcome.
How do you know what he thinks? He could drag it on forever, it wouldn't be the first time the legal process took forever. Not sure what about that you don't understand.
Rockets owner is next, no way he can refrain from making racist comments against asians if Lin keeps playing this bad.
That actually brings up a good point about the precedent it would set if they truly forced a sale.
What happens if somebody hacks into an owners email and finds a racist email from years ago?
What happens if some jackass films Michael Jordan on the golf course making a homophobic joke or saying "fa**ot"?

Yeah pandora's box for sure.
re: Lin....late in game 3 he drives to the hoop up 3 when he should've just let Portland foul him. Bricks layup then Batum gets a transition 3 and they gotta play OT. Last game he has Mo Williams steal it from behind up 1 (even though Mo was out of bounds)
Just awful for the Rice Rocket
Kobe already did it. Didn't get banned, he got a 100K fine.
He's a money maker for the NBA. No possible way he'd get banned for life.
I understand what some of you are saying but it seems to me you are underestimating the NBA's power. If he is hurting their image and bottom line they will force him out regardless. They are bigger than Sterling. I still do not believe he will be owner of the Clippers by start of next season.
There is not going to be a fight. The owners will vote, he will sell or make an agreement to give up ownership rights to his family. Regardless, he's out as owner. Going to be easy for the NBA.
You sure are confident with absolutely nothing to back it up. And despite all of the lawyers with specific experience in antitrust law saying the complete opposite of what you're saying over and over again, you keep repeating the same company line. I give you credit for sticking to your guns.
