Does your logic apply to 11 year olds? Or 8 year olds? Or 4 year olds?

Of course it doesn't. Why would you think it does?

Bottom line, the cop pulled up, he pointed a realistic looking weapon at the cop. The cop had no choice. It's sad but reality. The cop wants to go home to see his family. That's his #1 goal at the end of the shift.

Does your logic apply to the 2 year old at the Wal-Mart in Idaho? If a cop saw the 2 year old with the gun that day, should the cop had shot the 2 year old? Or should the cop had tried something different?

You're comparing the mentality of a 12-year-old to the mentality of a 2-year-old? Really?

My son is 10 and in 5th grade.
My daughter was 13 going into Highschool (9th grade)

Not that it matters....but if you have a gun at a public park and you reach for it after a Police Officer tells you to put your hands up, chances are you are gonna to be shot.........sorry.

A 12-year-old has the capacity to hold a gun in a public park, point a weapon at a cop and kill the cop. The answer is yes.

I mean dude, what was the cop supposed to do? He had no choice.

Nor does your argument in favor of shooting a 12 year old boy.

LOL, according to the law my argument makes perfect sense but what do I know?

A District Attorney declines to press charges but you're right, my argument is wrong. LOL.

Let's say Johnny Mac you have a concealed weapons permit and you're carrying in the park that day.

This kid walks up to you and points that weapon at you and tells you to put your hands up. You think he's carrying a real weapon.

Are you gonna say "hey kid, you're only 12, put that weapon down." What if you have a kid with you? What if there are other kids around?

the real problem here is that when you're wrong you can't admit it or own up to what you said.

LOL, comparing a 12-year-old to a 2-year-old.

A 2-year-old is still wearing diapers. A 12-year-old is damn near in high school. Funniest shit I've ever read at the RX.

johny Mac is not trained to handle a situation like that. Nor is he on a payroll to

The cop pulled up the kid like it was a robbery. Looked like a hit.
