I think I may be insane but I might be siding with rail here.

It may be the only time ever I do this. but Peyton was given his chance from day one, Kurt thas had to earn it from his days at UNI, to his days in St Louis and now his days in Arizona.

Not sure if Warner is the better player overall, but he isnt real far behind Peyton at this point today in 2008.
my thoughts exactly.

Peyton wasn't given anything. He was good and everyone knew it. 176 consecutive starts from day 1.
did payton win a natl champ at tenn? no. But Tee martin did. How did peyton do his first yr in the nfl? 1-15. He was GIVEN the chance where as a grocery bagger came into the league and won the sb before him and has been there twice.

Lots of people here know this is true, atleast the ones that are smart know that Warner is better. But dont want to have to deal with brainwashed sheep that cant think for themselfs.

Peyton was drafted at 1.1 for a reason - the Colts sucked. Hats off to Warner. Only reason he won a SB was Trent Green got cheap-shotted by Rodney Harrison. You must have forgot the Giants part of Warner's career, it wasn't pretty.

I know you're not dumb - just a kook - so I was wondering why you would make such a dumb statement - then I remembered that the Warners were like die hard religious people (I don't know if they too believe in the UFOs and aliens knocking up girls) -

This is ridiculous to even talk about...when Kurt Warner was in his prime he had the best receiving RB in the league, and two of the best receivers in the league. Give Peyton Warners St. Louis days squad and he might have never lost...

throw out the 2 bronco games and Manning is 2-8 in the playoffs, in which he was the favorite in 8 of those. has 17 ints and 12 tds and totallly disappears. Peyton Manning is the Atlanta Braves of the nfl.

I notice nobody sharp defends Manning.
