1 minute warning in Orlando. 20-17 Preds. 1st and 10 for the Storm on their own roughly 15.

David Penright for an 18 yard rumble TD.... I don't recall a run that long on the Preds in a long time. 22 seconds left for the Preds to answer. 24-20 Tampons. Preds still have a full set of T.O.s

TD Preds on a ballsy 3rd and short call with 4 seconds left in the half. 27-24 Preds... Gowins is 3 for 4 on PATs... amazing. And the one he missed was a 28 yard PAT. Tampa's gonna get a chance, but it's not likely they score anything but a FG.

God bless Orlando hometown time keeping. On the kickoff, the guy was down with at least a second left... Orlando timekeeper let in run down to 0. Tim Marcum is going apesh*t at the refs. Preds are up 3 at the break. Tampa's getting the ball to start the half. Maybe they'll just call the game now... :toast:

Guru- What a great game. Classic AFL with two quality teams, but despite the score I still think the Storm were the better side in the first half. I am sittting on Orl E and TB +3.5. Any thoughts on the 2nd half considering that TB gets the ball first?

In other news, Austin sucks. Two drives inside the 10, 3 points to show for it. Austin's down a stop and a half already... not looking good at all. Maybe Austin is that bad.

On that Penright run, Skaggs had the worst missed tackle ever. He got nothing but air. It worked out well as they left Orlando enough time to score.

2nd half- Pick, 48 at Olympic

Well, I don't see a line yet in the 2nd half. But in terms of the game, I agree that Tampa looked a stronger side, but Orlando's defense took over around the 10 minute mark of the 2nd quarter short of that Penright run... but again, it worked out well for the Preds. Look for this game to go back and forth the rest of the way. Neither team is winning by more than a TD unless it's a bs time score.

Wow, Tampa's a pick 'em in the 2nd half... It's probably not a bad call, but there's enough floating around on this game as it is.

Are there ever any national tv options besides the weekly nbc game?

Check the NBC map to see what game you get in your area. If you've got a local team, they may or may not have a contract to televise non-Sunday games.

Going out on a limb: Someone's trying an onside kick to get a "stop" in the 2nd half.
